Welcome to our family home in South Eugene. This house is perfect for family gatherings, small groups or those looking to truly feel at home on the road. It is walking distance to great local food and beverage in the Friendly Neighborhood. Next to a spacious park with a playground, disc golf, pickle ball and access to the Amazon bike path. It is full of amenities to help you enjoy your stay including updated appliances, open concept and backyard with patio & bbq.

This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a back yard. Great for anyone needing extra space to gather. Fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances and outdoor BBQ for all your cooking needs. Large open room concept with 2 TVs, and new split duct air conditioning systems.
