This AMAZING 1932 Updated Limestone Beauty is a 4 bedroom/4 bath home located across the street from Belmont University and one block off historic Music Row. This home is minutes from Mid-Town, Hillsboro Village, the Gulch, Broadway, 12th South and West End. The unique decor and modern-rustic feel make this home feel like a boutique hotel with continental breakfast, snacks and beverages provided. From the entry to the exit you will not be disappointed!

This upstairs bedroom has a KING bed w/ smart-cable TV. The in-bedroom bathroom comes with a walk-in shower and a TWIN trundle bed and has a beautiful view of Villa Place and Belmont University.

Double - The Duet Suite
This upstairs bedroom comes with two double beds, smart-cableTV, a walk-in closet and an in-bedroom bathroom with a walk-in shower. Perfect for siblings or best friends to share!

Master Bedroom III - The Serenade Suite
This upstairs master bedroom has a sweeping view of Belmont and the Nashvilla courtyard. A KING bed and a twin day bed make this a super suite with a smart-cable TV. The in-room bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub (great jets) and walk-in shower! Perfect for a couple's romantic getaway.
