Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

The space
Nestled in between farms Lakehouse Estate is only a few hundreds meters from Phillip Island main road and a km to both surf beaches and quiet back beaches.

Pets are not allowed without prior approval and please note:

- The property is not fenced and there are cattle next door.
- There is an abundance of wildlife living in (turtles and fish) and around the lake (ducks and hens) that we must protect.
- At night you may also see the endangered Eastern Barred Bandicoot that live around the lake.
- Steam cleaning costs $500

Parties and events are not allowed with prior approval. Boutique small weddings attract a $5,000 charge in addition to the accommodation cost and MUST be approved by the Owner.

Please note the listed price is for 4 pax and each person over adds $100 per person per night.

Minimum stay is 4 nights during the Christmas and January holiday period and 2 nights any other time.

Pets are on application only. The Lakehouse is not fenced for dogs, only cattle. There is much wildlife around the lake we must look after, therefore dogs are only allowed under special circumstances.

Events (weddings, parties, corporate gatherings, etc) attract additional costs and MUST be approved first.

Neighborhood highlights

The Lakehouse is nestled in a farming zone and we need to be mindful of noise pollution because of cattle, other farm animals, and of course neighbours as noise travels in open spaces.

EPA NOISE RESTRICTIONS STRICTLY APPLY WITH ALL NOISE (MUSIC ETC) TO SHUT DOWN AT 10PM ON WEEKDAYS AND 11PM ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS.

You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer place to isolate your family than the Lakehouse Estate. We are very diligent with disinfecting all surfaces during the clean , and mostly with no less than 48 hours between guests you should feel as safe as you do at home, just with more space.
