  • We had a really great times at Hicham's place. The house is nice and beautifull, and is in a calm and safe comunity. And, as me and my friends arrived by different flights, Hicham helped us with transfers to the house.
We've also count on with Sanae, the lady who helped us with usefull tips about Marrakech, and her great cooking skills. Our stay was very pleasant.

  • Our host made all arrangements prior to our arrival. He suggested many sights for us to see and arranged all travel to the locations. We were picked up at airport and taken to a very nice gated community. The host house keeper met us and explained all details. She was probably the most pleasant part of our trip, she cook all of our meals and checked on us often. The house was exactly what our large family needed at a very affordable price. Overall we were very happy with our stay at this Riad. I have been suggesting it to all my friends and I hope they enjoy their stay as much as i did.

  • First of all, I have to thank Mr Hicham for the details he provided regarding my sejour in Marrakech. At his advice, I gave up renting a car because the traffic in Marrakech is chaotic and dangerous.
I also need to thank Mr Driss (someone the owner recommended) who took care of our transport and also assisted us throughout our stay.
As of the location, everything was just as described: the residence is secured and inside you can find a mini-market, a restaurant and a cafe.
As a piece of advice, there is a need of a heating system permanently, especially during January and also a few adjustments.
We felt great and we pleasantly experienced the Marrakech spirit.

  • I´m sure this could be a really good place in other times of the year but in the middle of the winter this place is cold. One who comes from a central heated houses in Europe does not feel comfortable although the owner arranged some extra blankets in the bedrooms for us and you could use the AC to warm up the bedrooms a little bit.
The apartment is in a gated community that is secure and quiet and has a small shop, cafe and a small pizza place. The apartment is in a walking distance of the downtown area of the Medina, it would take about three quarters to an hour to walk to the famous Djemaa el-fna Square.
It was nice to sit at the roof terrace in the morning sun and see the beautiful mountains in far distance. We did not meet the owner but he was nice to arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport and then there was a nice lady who took really good care of us.
