The property dates back to the 1820's and is located in the middle of a row of 4 mews cottages, on the Eastern slopes of the Malvern Hills. It is comfortable and cosy whilst at the same time being light, airy and surprisingly spacious. The secluded location offers excellent access to the Malvern Hills, together with the peace and quiet to relax after a day's activities.

It contains a fridge freezer, large range cooker with gas hob and electric double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and DAB radio. It is fully equipped to cook up a feast with pots, pans, utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery and linen (hand towels, drying up cloths and oven glove) - as well as a few staple food and cleaning items to make your stay more comfortable. An iron, ironing board, clothes horse, cleaning equipment and a dog bowl can all be found in the under-stairs cupboard. There are also 6 settings of child-safe cutlery and crockery for very young children.

LIVING / DINING
The main living space is accessed via doors from both the entrance hall and kitchen. Conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table seats six people. The lounge is located at the opposite end of the room, where the large bay window offers views to the front of the cottage; this area contains two comfortable sofas, an armchair, foot stool, smart TV and occasional tables. There are also several cosy blankets, perfect for snuggling under with a good book or movie - or to add to a bed if needed.

Neighborhood highlights

The beautiful Malvern Hills are a very popular walking, mountain biking and paragliding destination; with over half a million people visiting every year. With 3,000 acres to explore and views to Wales and 7 English counties, there is plenty to do for anyone wanting to enjoy the clean, fresh country air.

Walk out of the front door and up the drive and you are already on the Hills with options to head either North towards the Beacon and Great Malvern with its shops, cafes and restaurants plus of course its splendid Priory: or South towards British Camp and its reservoir, and further still towards Eastnor obelisk and the grounds of Eastnor Castle.

Malvern Wells is a village at the southern end of the Malverns. It is not only home to the Three Counties Showground with its many shows and events, but also the Worcestershire Golf Club which, established in 1879, is the oldest golf club in Worcestershire and one of the oldest in England.

Just a few miles away, Great Malvern is a small town with excellent amenities, including Malvern Theatres, one of the country's leading regional arts centres. It comprises three auditoria: the 800-seat Festival Theatre, famous for its programme of top touring drama and musicals; the Forum Theatre, a flexible space used for concerts and dance; and a 400-seat cinema.

Car enthusiasts will know that Malvern is also the home of the Morgan Motor Company, the country’s longest-surviving family owned car manufacturer. The Morgan Experience Centre in Malvern Link offers a range of driver experience activities, cafe, shop, museum and factory tours.

The Malvern Hills are well known for hang gliding and paragliding. Flying in the hills is managed by the Malvern Hang Gliding Club who have an excellent website and welcome visiting pilots who are suitably qualified.
