PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES.
For the ones that need to put colour in their life, while they enjoy a bussiness or turistic stay in an apartment, this is their option.
The apartment has a colourful living room where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest in a cozy and comfortable way. Though the decoration is simple and without extravagances, they have achieved to create a warm atmosphere through the green leaf colours of the bedroom, the strong orange details of the fitted kitchen or the earth tones of the bathroom.
A curious rental apartment in the well-known area between Malasaña and Chueca, that besides has a community gym, summer's swimming pool (active around between the 15th of June and the 15th of September) and solarium, all three of the building.
A real luxury, with a 24 hour caretaker, in the very heart of the city.
Malasaña is other of the peculiar and alternative Madrid districts, where the art and the leisure live together.
A district full of curio shops, art galleries and a lot of life to enjoy at day or night.
The Dos de Mayo Square stands out, a fun square full of trendy bars. The Plaza de España, the Royal Palace and the Gran Vía are also very close.
From here, any route is good to know the Madrid's most modern and oldest.
A mix, the one of this district, that won't stop to surprise you.
The apartment is located very conveniently and looks a lot like the pictures. I have been very happy staying there and the personnel from the small renting firm (this is not Juana you're renting from) was very helpful and friendly.
Though a few things you should know, that the add doesn't tell you:
- there's no water in the swimming pool, the concierge told us they only fill it up starting from June
- the apartment is right into a nightlife area, around six o'clock in the morning all the nightowls gather at the metrostation in front and start singing while they wait for the first metro to come. So if you don't like street noise during the night, don't come here
- the sofa bed is quite awful (but aren't they all?)
But evereything taken into account it is worth the money and I would consider going there again.
