Wonderful place near downtown Annapolis. Also great place to stay if you want to spend a day in D.C, only 45 mins away. Overall awesome experience!

Response from Ken:
Rebecca rented during the winter (at our reduced rates) when we use alternate heat and bottled water, and use the dock bath house. I am glad she found the winterized boat comfortable.

Such a neat and different place to stay! There was plenty of room to move around and everything you might could need was there. The boat didn’t rock at all and you forget you are actually on a boat until you walk out and see the beautiful landscape!

We had a great stay on the boat. Was about 10 min from downtown, $11 Uber. The shower facilities were well kept like a country club and close. Plenty of power for iPhones, iPads. On cool nights, stayed nice and warm.
