Also, you will find lots of Seasonal Fun nearby such as: Hiking, Rafting, Fishing, Horseback Riding, Golfing, Biking, & more! You might even see deer & turkey during your visit!

The space
Hey Ya'll! This is Christy and Ricky owner's of "Nate Nanny's Cabin" below is information about the cabin and the general area. We can't wait for you to be our Guest(s)!!
There is so much for you to do nearby the cabin such as fun seasonal activities: Hiking, Rafting, Zip-lining, Horseback Riding, Golfing, Fishing, Biking, Snow Skiing, Snow Tubing, & So Much More! Also, you have 10 acres to explore at the cabin and we think our front porch has the best porch sittin' around!
All the small towns are nearby to explore such as: Asheville, Weaverville, Marshall, Hot Springs, Burnsville, Mars Hill, Hendersonville, Black Mountain, & More! Even TN towns are nearby!
On a clear night, the stars are magical and during the summer, fire flies show out with a fabulous light show! There is a small creek that runs near the cabin and if you listen closely at times you can hear the water trickling by!
During the Fall season, the cabin is surrounded by beautiful fall foliage and during the Winter month's you could see a snow flurry!
At all times, there is a possibility in seeing various wildlife such as deer & turkey!
So whether you are looking for adventure or relaxation, we have you covered!
-The cabin is a NEW construction home, completed 2020 - built by Ricky!
-The moment you arrive, you will be immersed in the rich history of Marshall, NC as the very land where the cabin sits was once farmed by my Papaw Clark, where he grew burley tobacco for many years!
-The Location of the Cabin is unique because it is in a True/Family/Farming/Working Community. Many of the homes/land that you will see as you travel the road to and from the cabin is rustic and the land is farmed and the houses in the area are many, many, years old - passed down through several generations!
-You will have access to ALL 10 Acres of land to explore! In the Spring/Summer Ricky keeps a path/trail mowed in front of the cabin for people who enjoy walking and exploring.
-When building and decorating the cabin we wanted it to feel "homey" yet be functional and have everything needed for a comfortable and wonderful stay just as if you were at your own home. Also note that the decor/furniture could vary from the photos due to replacements, etc.
-Our cabin has High Speed Fiber WiFi that is continuous throughout. Having fast WiFi makes it easy to complete school assignments, work, Zoom calls, etc. Also, if you need a place to do work, schoolwork, etc. the dining room table makes a great work space where you can sit with your laptop or tablet.
-The Smart TV is located in the Living Room and is Equipped with HULU, Disney+ & ESPN (You will access ESPN through the HULU App on the TV). Also, if you have a subscription to other App's on the TV, please feel free to log on!
-The Dining Room Table makes a great dedicated work space/area.
-Items and/or color of decor, etc. in photos indoors and outdoors may vary due to replacing items, changing decor, etc.
- We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance as we will not be able to refund your money due to trip interruptions before, during or after your trip.
-Please Note: Our property is not suited for any type of tag along trailers, rv's, etc. due to not enough driveway room for turning around, etc.

Other things to note
*Due to Severe Allergies and being on injections 1x per week, under a physicians care, no animals are allowed. Airbnb has given us an exemption due to this because animals directly threatens our health. This is documented in our file. Thank you for understanding and respecting our health risks as we respect your health risks as well.
*We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for trip protection. We are not responsible for issues that happen before or during your trip. We will not be able to refund you or discount trip costs due to unexpected circumstances that is out of our control as your host(s). Please plan accordingly.
*Our property is not suited for car trailers, motorcycle trailers, or any type of tag along trailer or large RV type vehicle's.
*We do not provide a child gate. There are stairs leading up to the 2nd bedroom. If this is a concern to you, please bring your own child gate.
*If the power goes out at the cabin, we do not have a back-up power source. If this occurs, you would need to leave the cabin due to no electricity which works all utilities which includes the well water.
