If you enjoy homes with lots of history and modern touches, this is the place for you! Our lovely Victorian home was built in the year 1900. We’ve been enjoying all its old world charms since we purchased it in 2016, and we are thrilled to share a part of it with you on your vacations and journeys to exciting new destinations!

The space
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of my house. It is completely separate from the rest of my home. You have a separate, private entrance. You have complete privacy.

Huge living room with couch, love seat, and TV.

Dining area where you can enjoy your meals. The dining table seats 6 people.

We have a third “bedroom” area set up in the dining area. (It’s a very large room). Here we have a daybed. (It’s a twin bed). You will not have a lot of privacy here - there is no door separating it as a separate room.

Two bedrooms each with a queen bed. Lots of storage in both bedrooms for you to keep your things. Please note that the first bedroom is a “walk through” bedroom. You must walk through the first bedroom to get to the second, back bedroom.

Smart TV in each bedroom and one in the living room. You can log into your streaming services.

Internet access at all times

Small office area with a desk and chair where you can set up your laptop as work comfortably.

Walk in shower in the bathroom. Fluffy towels, hair dryer and soaps/shampoo provided.

Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils if you choose to cook. Dishwasher and garbage disposal.

Washer and dryer also provided in the apartment.

We live in a very quiet area in Historic Port Norfolk (Portsmouth). We are just a few houses down from the water. It’s lovely if you want to go for a walk. Generally, the loudest noises are kids and dogs.
