Comfortable studio excellently located on a beautiful, calm, tree-lined street near Palermo and the subway. It fits two on a 5-stars queen size bed convertible to twins. Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, Cable TV, balcony, AC... it has it all!!
Simple yet comfortable studio excellently located near Palermo Soho, Aguirre street outlet stores, Centenario Park and the B subway line (3 blocks away, 10 minute ride to downtown).
The building is on a beautiful, calm, tree-lined street half a block away from Corrientes Ave. The neighbourhood is full of convenience stores, laundry stores, and everything you'll need. Many secret treasures await at the doorstep: the best bakery in town, many cute coffee houses, excellent ethnic food (armenian and jewish specially) and some of the newest, charming bistros in the city.
The apartment has two brand-new box-spring beds that can be converted to one, so it's perfect to accommodate either friends or couples. The apartment receives great sunlight, both in the morning and the afternoon, and though it faces the courtyard, there's no windows right on front, so privacy is assured. A big balcony is perfect to enjoy the refreshing breeze and the night sky.
Inside, a large closet is more than enough for all your belongings, whether you're travelling for a few days or staying for several weeks (I actually lived there for a year and never ran out of space!). The kitchen is fully renovated and has everything new, including a new oven (for all you cookers waiting to prepare your own meals argentinean style!), a large fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, tableware, kitchen appliances (electric kettle, juicer, coffee maker) and even some condiments, coffe, tea and sugar! The bathroom has a large cabinet and a bathtub with a shower and a lot of space to sign and dance while you dry yourself!
There's WiFi High-Speed Internet, a big screen TV with Cable TV and a DVD player (and some movies to watch), brand-new air conditioning (cool/heat so it's good for summer and winter) and a phone to send/receive local calls.
Check out the buzz around Villa Crespo's amazing gastronomical scene, just search on the Internet for an article in "Pick Up the Fork".

Everything inside the apartment according to the description. Roof access not possible, but you'll have a sizable balcony with open air and view towards the East.
I live very close and go by the apartment everyday on my way to work, so most of the time I'm available if you need me. Besides coming once a month to collect the bills I won't bother you!

Totalmente recomendable.
Truly my home away from home in Buenos Aires! I was very comfortable in Dario's apartment, and I will definitely rent it again if I'm ever back in Bsas. A wonderful place to come back to after a day of sight-seeing and let loose and unwind. I loved the balcony! It was well appointed, with everything needed for self-catering, and the building is very secure. Upon arrival, it was nice to find a few items left by former guests, like spare rolls of toilet paper and soap, because these items are really useful when travelers first arrive on the scene, before they have a chance to get to the store. The location was excellent, away from the hairiness of el centro but still close enough that the entire city was easily accessible by foot or subway. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Dario!
departamento muy comodo en una excelente ubicacion. dario tiene muy buena disposicion. recomendable
The apartment came just as advertised - plenty of space for two people and with everything you need to cook, clean and find your way around the city. Darío was super helpful with everything, even helping us out during the city-wide power outages during our stay. We loved the neighborhood of Villa Crespo - it has everything you'll need in terms of food, activities and access to transportation, even a great park about five blocks away.
After three months of living in Buenos Aires, I would definitely recommend staying here. It was an absolute pleasure.
The apartment is in accordance with the description. Dario was very accommodating for the moment of our arrival and departure. He gave us the basic information for our travels.
Nearby there is public transport and shops.
We could recommend.
A great experience in Buenos Aires! The apartment is really cozy; kitchen fully equipped, a very comfy bed and a good TV. Darío is very friendly and was always available during our stay. Definitely, a place for going back :)
If I had to use one word to describe my stay in this apartment it would be: PERFECT! I spent 3 months there and I couldn't have asked for more. It is small, but I never felt cramped, and it has a fully equipped kitchen. The location is ideal, with the Subte station just 3 minutes away and being close to the major avenues Corrientes, Scalabrini Ortiz and Cordoba makes travelling around Buenos Aires a breeze (lots of bus options). Everything you may need is walking distance, grocery store, laundromat, fruteria, etc. I loved Villa Crespo because it felt more Porteño and had a slower pace of living than the more popular Palermo, Recoleta and Microcentro neighborhoods. As a solo female traveler, I felt save all the time, even walking back from a milonga at 4am! I only met Dario twice, but he was very friendly and attentive. Also, the communication before my arrival and during my stay was on point; he would reply within 24 hours. Also, the other tenants of the building as well as Andrés were all friendly. If this review wasn't clear enough, I HIGHLY recommend this apartment for a short or long stay in Buenos Aires. It is worth every penny!
Dario's apartment was perfect for our stay in BA. Located close to the subway line, it was easy to get around. Not super close to Palermo but we walked there in about 20 minutes. The place itself was great. Cooked most meals there and had a table to eat at. The bed was comfy and Dario was super helpful. He gave us the keys and we saw him 3 days later when we left but if we needed anything, he would have been there as soon as possible. Super quick to respond when we were setting everything up. We would absolutely stay here again. Perfect Airbnb.
