The space
This comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium is located on the 4th floor of a gated beachfront property in beautiful Luquillo.

As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by rainforest views from the open-air catwalk leading to the apartment. Once inside, head to the balcony on the opposite side of the condo, where ocean breezes and views of the water invite you to slow down and settle into island time.

Take a walk to the beach directly through the property grounds. Feel the sand between your toes, enjoy the ocean breeze, and let the waves wash away the stress of everyday life. Grab a fresh coconut from a local vendor, spend the afternoon swimming in the pool or ocean, or challenge your family and friends on the basketball, tennis, or handball courts.

• The beach and pool gates within the property are typically locked at sunset and reopened in the morning by security. The beach itself remains publicly accessible 24/7 from outside the property grounds.
