Nick's place is a prime spot if you wanna be close to all the hip stops in Gastown. It's walking distance from the Skytrain and Seabus station, downtown, and Chinatown, making it ideal if you don't have a car or prefer walking and public transit.
His space is big and clean and all necessities are provided without making the space feel cluttered. We loved our stay here and were pretty sad when we had to say bye to the room. We'll definitely stay here again for our future Vancity trips.
The loft in Gastown was really great. Lots of space, situated near the city center in cool Gastown. Gastown is where the fancy boutiques are and there are some great coffee bars aswell. We've found it a very safe neighborhood (despite some homeless people but they will leave you alone so no worries) it was clean and welcoming. Nicholas waited for us to check in. He explained all the facilities that were in the apartment and in the builing and he gave us tips for good restaurants and ski opurtunities. He was very relaxed so was the check in and out.
We would definitly stay again in his loft and we recommend this place to others.

The loft apartment was in an excellent location and serves our needs very well. Nicholas was an great host and very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped with loads of great restaurants close by. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that is looking for a cool spot to stay in Vancouver.
We had an awesome weekend in Vancouver. Nicholas (email hidden). He provided us with all the important information about the neighborhood and he also had some great recommendations for restaurants and pubs for us.
The apartment was very nice and the location is perfect. Walk a few blocks to get to the steam clock, canada place and the look out, from where you can see all over Vancouver.
I definitely recommend the apartment and would love to stay there again sometime.
My husband and I rented this space from Nicholas when we were in Vancouver for a week in October. It was a perfect experience!
Nicholas was helpful and always available. He left us everything that we needed to live comfortably for the entire time that we were there. He also offered us a list of his favorite places in the area.
The loft is charming, unique and was very clean. It included all cooking utensils, so that we were able to enjoy some of our meals in.
The building is located in a great neighborhood, so there was no problem finding great food, entertainment, coffee shops and bars.
It was also really easy for us to get anywhere in the city, so that we could enjoy all tourism in Vancouver.
We would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for somewhere that is a little bit different then a traditional apartment, but still feels like home.
Nick (email hidden) and the location can't be beat. We stayed for nearly a week and never ran out of things to do. The loft is a stone's throw away from some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, and shoping in the city. Highly recommended and would stay again.
Nicholas (email hidden) and the apartment is in a cool area of Vancouver (Gastown). The apartment is in a converted warehouse building with full access to the communal courtyard and all the amenities as listed - it was great to have laundry facilities and a dishwasher available for use. It is in close proximity to a good selection of bar, cafes and restaurants. Nicholas helpfully provided some personal recommendations of places to eat. Getting to Downtown couldn't be easier... a simple 10-15 min walk. All in (email hidden) to stay and I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Vancouver.
Loved staying at Nick's place! The place was spotless and it was in a great location. Nick was extremely helpful and gave us some great recommendations on what to do around the city. We also had a wonderful time on the last night of our trip having beers with Nick and getting to know him.
