The space
Featuring heating, a/c, furnishings, a fully stocked Kitchenette, a large futon, full-sized standing shower, free high-speed Wi-Fi covering the entire property, a 43" LED Smart TV including free Netflix.

We offer a beautiful outdoor communal pavilion. Each accommodation comes with its own private fire-pit, perfect for relaxation, cooking your favorites. Linens, pillows, and towels are provided.

NOTE: Property is located next to a local lumber mill that may produce intermitted noise Monday-Friday. Weekdays are priced cheaper in direct relation to this possibility.

Guest access
Each accommodation offers a key-pad locking system, and randomly resets after each guest accommodation. This is for your connivence and provides and additional level of security. We will provide you the WiFi Network Name, Password, and Code needed.

In addition we have many hiking trails, rv trails, hunting, fishing, and plenty of areas to explore.
We are also about 15 minutes away from Cooks Forest, PA, which has many activities for families, including children of all ages. Canoeing and Kayaking along the river in Cooks Forest is extremely popular, well known to be a very peace and unique experience.
