Beautiful apartment with a great location just outside the center of town. We had a great stay and absolutely loved Florence! We were comfortable with 4 and would definitely recommend staying here.

Very convenient and spacious apartment on the 'other' side of the river, so lots of local character. The Piazza Santa Spiritu is nearby as is the Palazzo Pitti and the Brancacci Chapel across the way.The piazza below is a large parking lot and there is a bar that, as other reviewers have mentioned, can get noisy on weekend nights. Also, the owner's family lives next door and share a common interior door; although locked, noise travelled easily between their lounge room and ours. The bathroom was small but had good hot water. The kitchen was functional for cooking but the table only sits two so our family of four could not eat together. All in all, however, this was a good base for our five nights in Florence.
A great location in a residential neighborhood but still close to all the tourist attractions of the central city. Jinky met us at the apartment and welcomed us. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. There was a minor issue with the WiFi, which the owner quickly corrected. We enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants and the local grocery store was fully stocked. There was even a local store that sold wine on tap.
This apartment had a good vibe and we found it to be a lovely, cool place to relax in between our adventures in Florence. It was in a fantastic location, had everything we needed and was clean & comfortable. Elisabetta has some great tips for avoiding the tourist traps and recommendations for the local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
The apartment is nice, clean, spacious and has a very good location. It's very good for who want to enjoy local night life. Bedroom windows overlook at a lovely square. There are some bars and it's make a little noisy at night.
Elisabetta's apartment was fantastic. It was just as described and as the pictures showed - newly renovated and very comfortable for the two of us. The two double beds can easily be combined to one large bed for couples. The apartment had lots of light, but the shutters and fans kept it nice and cool during the hot days. It was a great place to come back to to escape the heat and put our feet up for a while in the afternoons. At night there was a bit of noise from the piazza, but not a problem once we closed the windows.
The location itself is great, centrally located, 15 min walk from the train station and 10-15 min walk from most of the sites. The south side of the river was also a very nice escape from the throngs of tourists to the north. Elisabetta also had some great tips - definitely try finding the library for a drink and snack some day!
The only minor issue was the check-in where we had some trouble finding the apartment - it's actually number 24, not 26 as the e-mail said, and the buzzer wasn't marked. If we had a working phone it would have been fine, but instead we had to go to a cafe nearby to use the internet and were then let in promptly as soon as we made contact. No other issues other than that.
Great place, near to everything yet away from the tourist crowd. Elisabetta was very nice and helpful.
We very much enjoyed our stay at Elisabetta's apartment. It is really the perfect location in florence close to some amazing restaurants and bars, and she gave us a very comprehensive list of suggestions for the area! The apartment itself is clean, homely and pretty. Would recommend a stay here!
everything was fine, the house was well located and Elisabetta was reliable and helpful
