My place is a fully renovated studio at the seaside of Perea that has anything that you need.At 500 meters away you will find the sea of Perea and at 100 meters you will find any kind of shop or place that you gonna need(bank,supermarket,restaurant,park),there is even a bus station that you can take you at the heart of Thessaloniki and also a taxi area.The airport is 10 minutes away by car.

Our studio is located at the most central point of Perea, which is a seaside suburb of Thessaloniki. The studio is located at the entrance of a building that belongs to a beautiful complex with a lot of greenery, is ground floor, a single space designed to meet all the needs of the visitor. It has a bathroom with shower,a kitchen with refrigerator and an electric kitchenette with 2 glance, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, and all the equipment that a visitor wants in the kitchen area... The open plan area consists of a two-seater sofa with a table in the middle and 2 chairs. Next door is a locker that converts into a two-person dining room. Features WiFi, wardrobe, TV, iron and hairdryer. It also has air-conditioning. Generally it is a place that can please the guests of one night or for as long as it takes ..it is a fully renovated place that we created with love to make our guests feel beautiful and comfortable.
