Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zima, good location for exploring areas around San Isidoro del General, being just on the outskirts of town meant a quiet, pleasant stay. Clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast and food available from the restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Zima was great! The staff were super helpful and the food was good. In particular, Jesus was extra-friendly and even called to our room to let us know we could come outside to watch the fireworks going on in the city. Would stay there again!

Everyone here was Great! Made me laugh and a joy to talk with. This is nice location, clean and best of all had air conditioning which and a plus in Costa Rica. Has a restaurant on site the food was good and makes it convenient for those days when you just want to relax and not go out.

We had a very nice stay in their hotel. The rooms were very comfortable (AC, good size, nice bathroom) and had a table which makes working there possible as well. The hotel staff was always very helpful and friendly!! The pool was refreshing altough we only used it twice very shortly, mainly because there were always people around working at the hotel and renovating it (which was often also quite loud during our stay of one week)- as well as because of the cloudy, rainy weather we had (typical for that region). The breakfast was not included, which we expected to be different from this offering in airbnb. Also the hotel restaurant was not very remarkable but okay. Alltogether, we were satisfied about our stay because we were able to work there (although it was a little too noisy sometimes) and the hotel staff was so friendly and nice. We especially recommend this one for people that would like to use the good working facilities (table and wireless internet) as well as the good infrastructure of the city (MUSOC bus station is just across the street and also TRACOPA is just 5 minutes walk from there). All the best, B & C

This is a very nice place, clean and quiet and very comfortable. The pool is definitely a big plus! Once you are in San Isidro and you have time, get up very early to drive up into the mountains. The views are magnificent! Thank you for a very nice stay!

hotel personnel were really very nice, and spoke excellent English. hotel was quiet and clean. parking was safe and near room. Is right across from MUSOC bus station for those travelling by bus. Breakfast not included. had coffee maker in room but no cups, no filters. San Isidro doesn't have much going for it, so perhaps that reflects on the hotel experience.
