Holyford smallholding is down a small 'no through access' Lane and surrounded by fields. Walk out of our field straight onto a network of footpaths that link in with the East Devon way and then the South west coast path. Holyford woods nature reserve is only a field away, ancient woodland famous locally for its bluebells. You can also walk to the sea at Seaton- a 20/30 minute walk where you can then access the Jurassic coastline on foot, by bus or even take the electric tram! Seaton wetlands is nearby a wonderful nature reserve to visit. The coastal villages of Beer and Branscombe are close as is the donkey sanctuary and the towns of Sidmouth and Lyme Regis.
