About This Listing
Really cozy and typical bolognese 50 sm studio. The studio is an old winery fully renovated a couple of years ago, the stonework and the ancient well inside the studio create a unique and genuine atmosphere. There is a regular double bed and a big ash wood table. The studio could include also a private car park (+ 20 euro per 24 hours, can pay when you check in: to be requested in advance).
Best choice for a really bolognese experience, ideal for couples and real travellers!
Location - The studio is right in the historic centre and really close ( 30 seconds by walk) to Giardini Margherita, the most important park of the city.
SUGGESTION / Our Tavernetta is not advised for people affected by breathing problems (ex. Asthma): the reason is that our Tavernetta is a unique and very particular location since there is a ancient well and genuine stonework.
To go to the basement there are 8 steps, so for those with reduced mobility it is not ideal.
NEW / Exclusive homemade restaurant service / Real Cucina Italiana on demand.

My husband and I had a lovely stay in Carlo's apartment. Took a taxi from Bologna Centrale (under 10 euros) and had a very nice welcome from Sergio. Apartment is in a beautiful locked courtyard and felt very safe. Check in and check out was very easy and Sergio was nice enough to call us a taxi upon leaving. Close to everything. We walked everywhere including into the historic center. Thank you Sergio and Carlo! Bologna gave us wonderful memories and if we ever come back would love to stay at your apartment again!
Absolutely brilliant! Lovely place and great host. Would definitely come back.
I would recommend others to consider using this apartment. It is a good base for accessing Bologna. Interesting building in a quiet and safe courtyard, especially for female travellers. Lovely welcome and most accommodating and local advice and support if needed.
We had a pleasant stay. A neighbour of the owner was good enough to show us around, even late in the evening. We hadn't realised the entire apartment was underground, but that wasn't a problem (maybe even an advantage during hot summer days). Communication with Carlo was very pleasant.
Sergio met me at the door and showed us where to park the car in the private lot which was a nice perk. The apartment was beautiful and private and quiet. The hosts obviously care about their home and it shows. The kitchen was set up with some nice treats and we were able to make some very nice Italian coffee for ourselves.
We slept so well here I didn't want to leave!
The apartment is in a great neighborhood, we loved the cafe across the street and there were a few local restaurants we really enjoyed as well. The hosts provided us with tons of maps and information about local attractions and recommendations so we were well prepared to make the most of our visit.
I can't say enough nice things about this unique, beautiful space and the lovely hosts.
Very good experience. The apartment is very nice and in a good spot in the city. It was clean and all worked well. The owner was very friendly and hospitable. I can only recomend this place! Thank you very much! And by the way, if you're staying in this place, try the Pasticcheria on the other side of the street. They make incredibly good things. :)
