Really cozy and typical bolognese 50 sm studio. The studio is an old winery fully renovated a couple of years ago, the stonework and the ancient well inside the studio create a unique and genuine atmosphere. The studio is fully air-conditioned, equipped with WI FI lan. The semi-professional kitchen is perfect if you want to learn/ improve your italian cooking skills. There is a regular double bed and a big ash wood table. The studio could include also a private car park (+ 20 euro per 24 hours, can pay when you check in: to be requested in advance).
Best choice for a really bolognese experience, ideal for couples and real travellers!
Location - The studio is right in the historic centre and really close ( 30 seconds by walk) to Giardini Margherita, the most important park of the city.
SUGGESTION / Our Tavernetta is not advised for people affected by breathing problems (ex. Asthma): the reason is that our Tavernetta is a unique and very particular location since there is a ancient well and genuine stonework.
To go to the basement there are 8 steps, so for those with reduced mobility it is not ideal.
NEW / Exclusive homemade restaurant service / Real Cucina Italiana on demand.

We had a pleasant stay. A neighbour of the owner was good enough to show us around, even late in the evening. We hadn't realised the entire apartment was underground, but that wasn't a problem (maybe even an advantage during hot summer days). Communication with Carlo was very pleasant.
Very good experience. The apartment is very nice and in a good spot in the city. It was clean and all worked well. The owner was very friendly and hospitable. I can only recomend this place! Thank you very much! And by the way, if you're staying in this place, try the Pasticcheria on the other side of the street. They make incredibly good things. :)
Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le logement a beaucoup de cachets (même si il n'y a évidemment pas de fenêtres).
This place was great, really close to the historic centre (10 mins walk) and right next to a bus stop that goes round the centre in a circle (including Bologna train station).
The place itself looks really cool, and the brick work is beautiful. It felt very private and we were free to come and go as we please. The location also feels safe and secure.
Cafes and shops are on the doorstep, so very convenient.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful, gave us all the info we needed and recommended some good sights and restaurants.
All in all, I would highly recommend!
Excellent location, perfectly clean, and extremely friendly and helpful host! The next time that I make it back to Bologna, this is definitely where I'm staying. Thanks for everything.
We had a wonderful stay in this place. Carlo wasnt there, but his father Sergio gave us the keys and showed the place. He also provided some really good tips on places to go to and his number in case we had any questions. Since it was new years eve he even came by to bring us some local snacks and wine to try, which we really appreciated. The place itself is great, has a great atmosphere. Centrally located, clean dpacious and everything is in walking distance. I would recommend everybody who is planning to visit bologna, to stay here. If we go back, we would defenitely choose this one again.
His father (I think he was) gave us a welcoming explaining to us everything interesting about the studio and the main places to visit in Bologna. The studio has its own story if I understood correctly (he and my girlfriend were speaking Italian and my level of it it is not very good). The communication with Carlo, even though we did not had the opportunity to meet him, was excellent.
The studio is clean, spacious and private, it has everything you may need for your stay in Bologna. The interior makes an excellent atmosphere for your stay. Also, it is few minutes from the historic centre, the main Bologna museum and other attractions, such as the sanctuary, which you can easily reach taking the bus few steps away.
Definitely recommended for anyone.

Born in Bologna, raised all around. I am interested in international politics, social trends and arts. I love to cook real food and to eat it. I lived in Berlin, NYC, Tel Aviv, London and last but not least Antwerp. These ones, along with Bologna, are my hometowns.
