Nettleton is in the middle of the Lincolnshire Wolds and I will be on hand to point out the delightful local walks. The pretty village has a shop and pub serving food, plus a holiday park offering swimming, fishing and other sports. A 15 minute walk away the market town Caistor offers a few more shops, cafes and pubs. Further afield you can explore the pretty market town of Louth, historical Lincoln with medieval church & castle, plus the beach front at Cleethorpes and fish & chips fresh from Grimsby docks!
No smoking please and no pets on the premises. Please bring soft indoor footware to protect the wooden floor. A washing machine and iron can be used in the main house. Heating is available at an extra cost. Breakfast will be provided. Tea / coffee facilities and toaster are supplied in the mini kitchen together with glasses, crockery, plates, bowls, cookware & cooking basics. There is also a microwave, separate from the cooker.

Sally met me when I arrived, she was as helpful could be! She showed me around my studio and also left me homemade preserves for breakfast.
The studio was like home from home with all that I needed to cook my own meals. Although I was working in Lincoln I still had a chance to visit the local friendly pub (a minutes walk away.
Would certainly stay their again.
A beautiful self contained cottage and vista
This was the best airbnb we have stayed in. Sally was very helpful in all communications. The room was beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed. Sally left the most delicious breakfast with her own home grown and made products. Her garden is sensational. Highly recommended.
My husband and I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay in Sally's lovely studio. Everything was exactly as advertised and even though there was a fully equipped kitchen, Sally thoughtfully provided everything we needed for breakfast (including deliciously ripe plums from her garden). Even though the studio is very close to the main house, it feels very private.
We enjoyed exploring the local area, with lots of walks and cycle rides possible right from the door, and we can recommend the food in the nearby village of Caistor ( at the Settlement restaurant) which is only 5 mins by car or 15 via the footpath across the fields. The equally good Blacksmiths Arms in Rothwell is a slightly longer walk (20 mins and involves a hill!) but well worth the effort.
Thank you Sally for a wonderful stay.
Sally was there on our arrival to greet us and gave us a tour of our accommodation. She helped us to find a really super place to eat locally and then left us to settle in.
We were only there for 1 night but it was a really lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean place to stay. So peaceful and a beautiful garden view from the studio.
The tasty treats in the fridge were very welcome in the morning - lovely fruits, homemade jams, yogurt, cereal and fruit juice.
This lovely room is beautifully appointed with views of Sally's amazing garden. A very friendly host and the jam lives up to its expectations! The village is charming and near to all sorts of interesting places in Lincolnshire.
Thank you for looking at my studio apartment in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds! A little about myself- my main hobbies are looking after my garden (a full time job!) and walking and exploring the great outdoors. Many walking routes start from the house and I'd be happy to show you what's on offer in the local area. I have 2 daughters who live in London so spend some time with them at weekends but love to retreat to the peaceful lifestyle in Nettleton! I enjoy home cooked food and make some preserves from garden produce. I also like blue china - there are some interesting antique shops in the locality- and blue cheese is another favourite! I also like pastel drawing and creative hobbies.
Do get in touch if you're considering a visit!
