Studio flat with modern kitchen and dining area, separate shower room and comfortable, stylish furnishings. A double futon for sleeping, with separate single mattress available. There is a digitial TV/DVD, CD player, and internet connection for laptops. Wireless connection for phones from the conservatory of the main house. The flat is located in the garden at the back of the house, with superb views and an ample patio (including BBQ and outdoor furniture). It is just a few steps from the main house, but a completely private dwelling with off road parking.
Nettleton is in the middle of the Lincolnshire Wolds, your host Sally will be on hand to point out the delightful local walks. The pretty village has a shop and pub serving food, plus a holiday park offering swimming, fishing and other sports. A 15 minute walk away the market town Caistor offers a few more shops, cafes and pubs. Further afield you can explore the pretty market town of Louth, historical Lincoln with medieval church & castle, plus the beach front at Cleethorpes and fish & chips fresh from Grimsby docks!
Really lovely studio - lovely views over garden. Gorgeous Raspberry jam left for us and everything in the accommodation is good quality and comfortable.
I stayed here for four nights at this lovely studio flat, which is set apart from the main house. I particularly enjoyed my stay here because the studio affords privacy, comfort and it is quiet. Sally is an excellent host - she's friendly and genuine, and gave me some good recommendations for pubs in the area. There was a good selection of drinks, bread, milk etc so you don't need to go and find the nearest corner shop! One thing to note: internet access in the studio is only via ethernet, not wifi, so if you need internet access there, make sure you have a router/laptop with ethernet.
Idyllic surrounds and a perfect host. Raspberry jam as necer experienced, and numerous other treats to make this the best airbnb we've had.
Bed very comfortable, space to be relished, all creature comforts.
Garden that is an exceptional herbaceous garden, that sally is willing to share - peonies a specialty.
The Wolds are truly beautiful. We were grateful for sally's tips re craft fair, places to eat, and walks for varied fitness levels. We enjoyed 'Public Footpaths' and i was certain i'd seen Miss Marple.
We appreciated sally's openness to diverse lifestyles as a same sex couple.
We plan to return

A very enjoyable stay in a lovely spot. Sally is a very welcoming host, who goes to a lot of effort to make sure you have everything you need. she is also very knowledgeable on the local area, walks etc. Spacious accommodation, well equipped kitchen area [ yummy home made marmalade!] Separate patio in beautiful garden. wouldn't hesitate to return.
A lovely room in a fantastic setting. Sally also provides the most delicious homemade jam and marmalade.
Brilliant experience in a wonderful surrounding, Sally really welcomes you with open arms and an open home. Every part of the experience had been given much consideration, from the homemade jam, supply of milk, luxurious fixtures and fittings and an amazing wool blanket! Everything has been catered for and you can have all the privacy you desire.
Would love to return one day!
Sally was extremely helpful and our stay was absolutely lovely. The accommodation was perfect for the break we needed. Sally's Garden studio is set in beautiful grounds and all the comforts you need including the best homemade marmalade and jam i have ever eaten. We had a walk around the Lincolnshire Wolds and then went into Caister for a meal at the settlement.
I honestly cant wait to go back, thanks for everything
