Welcome to City Snug, a modern one-bedroom apartment managed by The FAM Holiday Property Management in Newcastle. Located in the heart of the city, it’s perfect for 1–2 guests wanting easy access to the city’s restaurants, cafes, shops, and beaches. This cosy apartment offers a comfortable base with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, queen bed, and balcony, ideal for exploring everything Newcastle has to offer.

The space
Thoughtfully designed, City Snug offers a cosy base for your stay. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher and all cooking essentials. The living space is well suited to one or two guests and includes a small dining table, comfortable lounge, Smart TV and wardrobe for storage. Glass doors open onto a covered balcony with outdoor dining, providing a pleasant spot to relax.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed with quality bedding, block-out blinds and sheer curtains for daytime light. The sparkling clean bathroom opens off the bedroom, and we provide all bathroom linen and toiletries for your stay.

A full internal laundry is included, complete with washing machine, dryer, tub, iron and hair dryer.

City Snug is located on the second floor of the Arena complex at Newcastle Beach. Please note the apartment is positioned at the rear of the building and does not have an ocean view. With 30 sqm of internal space and an 8 sqm balcony, it is intentionally compact, true to its name and perfectly suited to one or two guests.
