New modern private suite with full bathroom & kitchenette (microwave & mini fridge). Located in a gated community with plenty of free street parking. Access to the room by smart code keypad.

Short distance to downtown, midtown, medical center, George R. Brown Convention center, all sporting venues, running trail, dog parks, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. There's also an awesome gym down the street. The glowing reviews about this place say it all. You won't regret staying with us!

The space
Perfect for work travel or travelers looking for a centralized location that is ~15 minutes or less from anywhere they would want to go within Houston 610 loop. The suite is on the first floor of our townhouse. It's completely private with it's own entrance and has no shared spaces. The room includes a brand new Queen size Stearns & Foster mattress. A 55" Samsung smart TV with Netflix, Youtube, Hulu, etc. A working desk and free high speed Wifi access. Guests have control of AC/Heat thermostat for the first floor. Kitchenette includes microwave, mini fridge, complimentary Keurig coffee. The bedside table has a touch reading lamp with USB port for easy phone charging. There's under-the- bed storage. The full size bathroom has a walk-in rainfall shower and a toilet with a bidet. There is also a nice empty closet in the bathroom accessible to you with an iron and ironing board. Lastly, you'll have a full size mirror and plenty of freshly washed bed sheets and towels.

Guest access
You will have a private entry suite complete with a bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and work space. There are no shared spaces.

Other things to note
We have a strict no-smoking policy. If we notice a scent of tobacco or marijuana inside the airbnb when you leave, then you will be charged an additional $100 to $200 cleaning fee to get it out. We really don't want to do that. Please be mindful.

This listing is located in the heart of Houston and ~ 15 minutes or less Uber/Lift drive commute from anywhere you want to get within the 610 highway loop. Located in EADO less than a mile away from major sporting venues Minute Maid Park, BBVA Compass Stadium, Toyota Center, and the George R Brown Convention center. Walking distance to popular EADO Restaurants, bars, breweries, and nigthlife such as 8th Wonder Brewery, Miss Carosel, Rodeo Goat, Truck yard, & more. There is a nice walking & running trail right around the block located off of Leeland street. EADO is a great place to visit, let us know if you would like some local spot recommendations!
