The space
The house sleeps 4 people maximum. The farm is located in a residential neighborhood on a quiet, dead-end street, with space to park the car inside the farm (uncovered).
The property is all fenced in and the gate has remote control. Guests receive a remote control and the house key.
The house was built on wooden stilts, using the typical American construction technique. It is 52 square meters and has a cozy living room with a mezzanine, full bathroom and a built-in mini kitchen, equipped with a microwave oven, minibar, toaster, electric coffee maker, thermos, dishes, glasses, cups and cutlery.
Cooking is not allowed inside the house. You can use our gourmet space that has a full kitchen or order "delivery."

We do not provide charcoal, firewood or a lighter.
The gourmet space is shared with other guests (a maximum of 6 more people if the guest house and suites are rented).

I am retired and have traveled a lot, both for business and on vacation. I have seen many places and met many people, and during our trips, we always liked to stay in places that were simple and tastefully decorated, and that is what I try to offer our guests.
Steve was American, and I am Brazilian, a native of Serra Negra. Steve was a handbag and accessory designer, and I worked in New York for VARIG for 26 years.
