Cozy and stylish waterfront cabin surrounded by lush forestry, and stunning mountain views. Lounge and relax by the gorgeous creek just off of the back patio. Beautiful studio cabin with heated floors throughout, and a large bathroom. Perfect for a single traveler or a romantic haven for two. The cabin is just 20 mins from the ski slopes, 35 mins from Denver and only 5 minutes from the historic town of Idaho Springs.

This cabin is very chic & modern, and has several fun games & books. It is small at approximately 330 sqft.

The cabin is PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED w/ disinfectant & HEPA-3 air purifier after each guest.

4 wheel drive is NOT required to access the cabin, parking is directly in front.

No pets allowed on the property. If we discover that you have brought an animal onto our property in violation of our policies, you will be required to leave immediately, and no refund will be given. No exceptions.

The cabin is 1 minute away from Blackstone Rivers Ranch, and just a few minutes from downtown/old town Idaho Springs, Colorado. There are some great local restaurants, pubs, breweries and shops to explore. There are also a ton of outdoor activities to enjoy in the area: horseback riding, ATV adventures, rafting, ziplining, mine tours, mountain biking, hiking, etc. We're located on the road that leads to Mt. Evans, so if you're looking for a good basecamp, stay with us! =) The cabin is located in a small riverfront enclave near other tiny cabins. Please do not book this property if you require a large acreage property with no one else, or other structures around. There are other cabins nearby. And while this cabin is private, it is not secluded in the wilderness.

The best way to get a hold of us during your stay is to contact us via the Airbnb app. If there is an emergency there is an emergency contact number listed in the cabin.

This is a vacation rental - not a hotel, we do not resupply basics during your stay. If you are having an extended stay, please be certain to plan accordingly. No guest services are available onsite. We do not service the cabin during your stay. Please do not rent the cabin if you require hotel services. We do have many helpers that live within 1 minute of this cabin, if there is a maintenance issue. We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper in addition to what is left on the toilet paper holder. We offer 2 coffee pods, 1 hot chocolate pod, and 1 chai tea pod to be used in the Keurig coffee maker as well as an assortment of sugars and sweeteners.
