With views across the 18 hole golf course and the lakes and just 15 minutes away from the coast and Murcia city center. The villa has its own private pool where you´ll be able to soak up the sun all day long, then peacefully watch the sun go down behind the mountains.

Being a west facing property, our beautiful villa is the perfect sun trap to enjoy the outdoor space. Several seating areas give you ample space to sit and enjoy the sun or escape to the shade in the covered terrace.
