Well kept clean 5 bedroom house set on Kinross pond/park completely ready to use. Sunny mornings on the front deck, a perfect place for your morning coffee before walking the paved trails of the park. Very private yet central location within walking distance of all amenities and groomed trails. After a long day have a romantic evening in the two person Jacuzzi then warn up in front of the gas fireplace. Ample parking for multiple vehicle at the end of the dead end street.

The space
Very clean and clutter free with full compliment of appliances, cookware and all cooking and eating essentials with a nice dinning space. Very pretty view of the park from the front window. The house also feature a deck which is sunlit in the mornings. Great place for the morning coffee.
