PLEASE READ
3 story home w/elevator, on marsh. Home comes w/a pool & hot tub. 2 blocks away we own a private ocean deck, covered kitchen, parking, grill, blue tooth stereo TV.
-Check in 4 PM (ONLY)
-Check out 10 AM(mandatory)

The space

Please strip all beds when checking out that were used and place in hallway by laundry room, please take all trash from house and bathrooms & place in outside cans. Start one load of towels, and makes sure the dishwasher is at least running if dishes are left behind. We have a small window before our next guest check in. Please understand this is a family operated home and you are our guest and we do all linens on site, to assure the linens are super clean and house is immaculate we do not hire any outside source. Trash runs on Tuesday morning please pull cans out Monday night. Pool guy comes on Fridays. We strive to keep our place amazing for all guest.

We are 1 mile from the Surf City Pier. Close enough to walk to several restaurants and shops far enough away from crowds. Surf City has 2 parks. Candy Shop, Boat and Jet Ski rentals, also Golf Cart Rentals. We have a very private area with so many amenities you may not want to leave.
