The space
The large family room has a 65" TV that faces both the pool deck and kitchen for entertainment after a day at the parks or after your kids exhaust themselves in the pool! As you grill out back on the stainless steel gas grill, your family can enjoy catch and release fishing in the stocked lake behind the home or on the pier in the community.

The fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances contains everything you need to prepare and serve your meals at home. Heat a cup of tea or French press coffee instantly with the filtered hot water spout. Keurig coffee also available for a quick cup.

Pots, pans, skillets and all cooking utensils provided with the home make preparing your morning breakfast or evening dinner a breeze.

The downstairs/main level Lion King themed master bedroom has a King bed with an attached bathroom and walk-in closets. Both a shower and bath are included. Sliding doors provide an additional private access out to the pool area and lake view. Chimes are installed on sliding doors for extra alerts/safety around pool.

The upstairs Aladdin themed master bedroom also has a King bed with an attached bathroom and walk-in closets. Both a shower and bath are included. This bedroom looks out over the lake.

Two additional bedrooms are upstairs as well.
- Harry Potter themed bedroom includes 2 twin beds and has a view of the lake!
- Frozen themed bedroom has 2 double bunk beds. This room looks out over the nature conservation area across the street!

We love dogs! Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $125 per stay. The green space across the street makes it easy to take your pup out. Sidewalks around the gated community provide easy, quiet walks. Sorry, dogs only. We're allergic to cats!

Other things to note:
Smoking of any kind within the house is strictly forbidden. A fee of $1000 will be aggressively pursued for us to fully clear the smell of smoke in addition to any damages caused. For the sake of the experience for our current and future guests, we can not stress this enough. Our cleaners take detailed notes upon checkout, we will start this process immediately should we find out smoking has occurred.

Pool heat is NOT included in the listing nightly rate. Please inquire for pool heat. It is $20 additional per night.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use to avoid a $30 cleaning fee.

Cleaning is $165 per stay.

Sunset Lakes is a secured gated community super close 10-15 min from Walt Disney World and other theme parks. You will have full access to the entire house, private pool and amenities offered in our community.

MAX Occupancy of 10 people, no parties. This is a community with HOA rules. Any more than 10 guests will receive additional fines of $50 per night, per guest verified by ring camera.
