Relax in the Penthouse luxury master bathroom featuring a Crosswater London tub, neon lights and rain showers.

The Penthouse has 4 bedrooms with 1 king and 3 queen sized beds, the office has a queen sized murphy bed and the arcade also has a queen sized sleeper sofa.

Have fun relaxing in the retro arcade with your friends and family as you watch the big screen TV, play foosball, arcade games and play the retro nintendo gaming system. If you enjoy board games, we have a game cabinet full of games geared to all ages. The arcade is also equipped with a wet bar with mini refrigerator, sink, microwave and ice machine.

The Pilcher Lofts were developed by Creed Investment Company and are managed by Snipes Properties, a professional property management company located inside the Pilcher Building. To help protect our guests from the spread of Covid-19 and any other viruses, each unit is thoroughly cleaned after each check out by a third party professional commercial cleaning company, including a nightly cleaning of all lobby door handles, elevator surfaces and security keypads within the common areas. We have placed signs limiting 2 people (not within the same group) on the elevator and placed a hand sanitizer station by the elevator in the lobby for your convenience. Our guests are and will always be our top priority here at the Pilcher Lofts.
