  • We had a wonderful time. Great views and a very nice house with everything you need. Top quality. I love being able to walk a few steps from the bedroom and dive into the pool. That's what tropical living is all about. Fantastic place. Jim and Marta, Monteverde, Costa RIca

  • The Sea Breeze Casa was our paradise away from home. Bob is a really great guy and very accommodating. The amenities left nothing to desire and everything was exceptionally clean and organized. My only regret is that I had to go back home.

  • I stayed at Sea Breeze Casa in August of 2012. I can not say enough about this place, it was simply one of the most relaxing vacations I have had. The house is well maintained and located in a very private area. Bob and Bea are attentive hosts while at the same time remaining unobtrusive. It can be a bit of a drive to get up the road to the house (10-15 min) but in exchange you have a private secluded location with great views and plenty of local wildlife.

About
My name is Bob Kable. My wife, Bea, and I came to Costa Rica on our honeymoon in 1998 and loved the country and people so much we decided to make it our permanent home. We lived in the Pacific NW in Yakima WA before we moved to Costa Rica. I am a retired firefighter and Bea was a RN for many years. We bought two hundred acres in 1998 and dedicated a portion of it to a private wildlife reserve. We developed hiking trails through the reserve that our guests are welcome to enjoy. Bea has been involved in animal rescue and is the go to person when someone finds an injured critter or has a sick pet. One of her more recent adventures involved 2 of the neighbor's dogs and a porcupine. I love hiking in the rainforest and spend a lot of my spare time making new trails. We live near the rental house and are available if our guests need anything..Having lived here for 14 years, we are very familiar with the area and are happy to help with tours and suggestions for local activities
