  • Maria was always prompt in the replies to my emails and was a warm and welcoming host to my friend, Genevieve. Her room was clean and beautifully decorated and Maria was very helpful with how to get out and about in London. We would definitely go back again. Thank you Maria

  • We had the best time staying with Maria! She is such a wonderul host, she made us feel at home as soon as we got there. My wife is currently 4 months pregnant and Maria went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. She even made us breakfast in th mornings. Her place is so nice and in a great location. I cant recomend her highly enough. Nexttime we're in London we will want to stay with her again.

  • My experiences staying at Maria's echoed those of previous reviews. A real sense of hospitality and comfort in the home, and recommendations from Maria about what to do and where to go. Especially for a woman traveling alone, a very comfortable environment!

  • Maria is the perfect host. She helped us a lot during our stay in London and made our experience a whole lot better.

The house was really clean and our room was large and comfortable. Maria responded to our requests in timely manner, and she cooked breakfast for us whenever she could! Her cat was so cute, too! We did feel like home staying at Maria's place for a week.

  • We enjoyed our stay with Maria last week for 6 nights. Maria is a delightful hostess and has great info about the area. We have met a new friend and knowing her before our arrival made the trip even more enjoyable, especially when traveling to a new city it can be very intimidating, Maria made us feel very welcome. She introduced me to Italian coffee!! Very smooth!!

  • Fairly close to the West Kensington stop on District line of the underground and not too far from the Baron's Court stop on the Picadilly line. Both of these stations have only a short flight of stairs which is nice if you've got luggage. Coming back to the house late at night felt safe.

We had a comfortable spacious room with a large bed and a desk on the second floor, private bath on first floor and excellent wifi.

Maria was very friendly and welcoming, offered suggestions about plays and exhibits in London. The cat was very friendly and welcoming as well, quite nice as we missed our cats left at home. On the mornings when both we and Maria had time, she provided a nice breakfast with juices, tea, cereals, pastry, yogurt. She was a pleasure to talk to, and doing so added to our delight with our experience.

  • Great weekend in London.

  • The best thing about this residence is the host, Maria. She is super nice and very helpful of showing us of what is fun around London. She helped prepared our food and was always helpful. The bedroom was neat and tidy. The kitchen and living room was nice and had lots of light. Her place is clean and close to the underground. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.
