We have called this apartment The James Joyce after the famous Irish novelist.
A recently refurbished apartment that sleeps 6 comfortably ideally situated close to the Phoenix Park and Botanic Gardens.
This apartment has been lovingly restored to a very high degree while retaining a lot of the original features to provide a classic and extremely luxurious stay.
The city centre is only a 10 minute bus ride away with and excellent bus service right outside the front door. For those that prefer to walk it's a 30 minute stroll.
This is a luxury apartment with all home comforts. Within easy reach of all the fabulous restaurants, museums, parks, Aras an Uachtarain, Farmleigh House and of course shopping that Dublin has to offer. Easy walk to numerous bus stops and train staions that will connect you with the Luas which will connect you with all of Dublin.
There are also a number of great restuarants and pubs within a 10 minute walk from the apartment which we can highly recommend.
We provide a welcome pack with the basics such as bread and milk etc to get you on your feet. There is a major supermarket within a 3 minute walk so you will never run out of essentials. All mod cons are provided and there is linen and towels freshly laundered for your use.
The apartment is in a beautiful large red brick Victorian building on a tree lined street. There is one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a leather pull down sofa that makes another double bed. There is a separate kitchen and dining area and of course a bathroom. There is fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer so that anyone considering an extended stay can enjoy all the comforts of home. Cots and high chairs can be provided should they be required.
For anyone considering exploring Ireland further there is a car hire company within easy reach and a train station 5 minutes walk away. The famous Guinness Brewery is close at hand as well as the Jameson Distillery both of which run tours regularly and are worth a visit.
Dublin is also renowned for it's famous Temple bar area for entertainment which is a bus ride away. For art lovers the Irish Museum of Modern Art is 15 minutes away and the National Museum of Ireland is 10 minutes away. We are located just 8 minutes walk from the beautiful Phoenix Park which is a wonderful place to stroll and maybe visit the Zoo. It also has a playground. Trinity College, Kilmainham Gaol, Ryan's Victorian Pub are some other of the many attractions that are available.
We feel that our apartments provide a great getaway for people and we take pride in providing a clean, relaxing and luxurious surrounding for your hard earned holiday.

I manage to meet most guests on arrival but if I can't I nearly always get to meet them before they check out.
If I'm unable to meet guests on arrival I will arrange to leave a key out and email details of where to find them.
I'm always available by phone or email and am happy to assist guests in any way I can.

I grew up in the tourist business as my parents ran a hotel in Kildare so I have always wanted to get back into the hosptality industry. I have owned this house from the early '90's when I returned from New York where I had lived for a number of years. I have been in the buidling trade for the last 20 years so I thought I would combine the two and refurbish the house and provide rental accommodation in an extremely convenient locations to tourists.
