🏡 Mid Century bluff home with views of the rolling Georgia and Tennessee mountains.

Open kitchen floor plan, natural light, and four bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests (up to 8 for immediate family).

We are best suited as a QUIET & peaceful retreat. We are located in a full time residential neighborhood.

- 6 Guests max (up to 8 guests for immediate family members)
- 2 Cars max
- Our Guests are NOT allowed to invite additional guests at any point
- No smoking or vaping inside of any kind
- No parties, events, or gatherings
- No pets or animals
- We are not child proof & cannot provide a safe or appropriate place for children under 12yrs old or any animals or pets of any kind. (This includes Service Animals - please contact Airbnb with questions)



We ask for each group to be respectful of the home and furnishings and to take care of it while they are here! If you feel your group may be hard on the home or expect all things to be new construction and updated, this home will not be a good fit.
