Our 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom condo is very spacious with high cathedral ceiling, fully furnished and maintained to a higher standard than most. It has a warm and homey feel. The property will sleep 6 comfortably, however a further two guests can be accommodated by utilizing the sofa bed. We UPDATED the unit with completely painted the interior, added new beddings, a 43” high definition TV, DVD, new essential items in the kitchen… and more - MARVELOUS!
The master suite and private bath offer a COZY ROOMY RETREAT from the kids or other guests. Two additional bedrooms can be found on the opposite end of the unit. Bathrooms have a bathtub and shower combination with large mirrors.

The eat-in kitchen allows for tremendous mealtime flexibility... equipped with full-size appliances and stocked with everything needed to make your stay a perfect '10'. There is a separate dining room for guests who would like to enjoy a home cook meal.

Our unit is less than a minute walk from the resort clubhouse, pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, fully equipped gym, ample of parking spaces. The Club Cortile clubhouse has friendly staff ready to help you, a movie room with a huge screen and theater seats. The neighborhood is peaceful with a security guard on the property.

Guests have access to the entire home, the community clubhouse, pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball court, gym and lake. There are plenty of free parking spaces as well.

We provide all the essential information (i.e. check in procedure, direction, recommended restaurants and directions to beautiful Florida beaches) to our guests prior to their arrival to ensure they have a stress free, fun and memorable vacation/holiday.
Nestled in a peaceful and beautiful vacation resort and yet close to all the theme parks and attractions. There are numerous casual and fine dining within 5 to 15 minutes drive.
You will need a car or taxi to get around.

ABSOLUTELY No smoking. Please leave the house the same way as you entered. Garbage is to be taken to the community garbage dumpster located near the Clubhouse. Please leave key when you leave or there is a charge for replacement. If you wish to have mid week cleaning there is an $85.00 charge for this service.
BE AWARE THAT OUR PROPERTY IS NOT PET FRIENDLY, THERE IS A STRICT POLICY ABOUT THIS ISSUE, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN THE LOST OF YOUR FULL DEPOSIT.

Pros: We loved our stay at this place. It felt like our home away from home. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family. Plus it was so close to Disney! This was our first time traveling with our 2 year old son to Orlando and Lisa made it simple and stress-free! The directions were super easy to follow. We enjoyed the put-put golf around the corner. The super markets were really close. We sat on the back deck every morning and drank coffee.
Con (I only have 1): The beds were not comfortable and were pretty squeaky.

I loved the place and Lisa was very clear on how to get there. We were able to find the place quickly using the GPS straight from the Highway into the condo. Inside the house we found a booklet with all the information transcribed and Lisa what very quick to help us with any doubts we had regarding the place and its surroundings.
A comfortable home for a travelling family and everything is OK except the vacuum claner which blew very very bad smell.
The condo was exactly as was described by the photos. Great accommodation near Disney World with all the comfort you want if you travel with kids (e.g. separate bedrooms, etc). Didn't meet Lisa in person but her response to my questions were fast! Unfortunately the play ground and pool area (literally across the condo!) were closed because of a resurfacing. We wished we knew before booking but Lisa told me she didn't knew when I told her I was disappointed because of that. A great solution came quick which was that we could use another pool at another community really close by. Problem solved! Thanks Lisa for a great stay and I would recommand her condo to everyone!
Hanneke, thank you for the positive review! I had contacted our homeowner association to ensure I am notified when work is being done in the resort community area such as the pool and playground going forward to prevent this to disappoint our guests. I am glad that the alternative nearby park and pool revolved the issue for you.
BE CAREFUL TO RENT THIS APT.
The WORST experience I had about the host. When we checked out the apt, the cleaning lady came in and cleaned everything, she didn't tell us anything wrong with the apt. But after 12hours, the host emailed me said the drip pans were burnt out and charged us $300! If you know to buy 4 new drip pans only cost $10 and so easy to change in 1 minute, you will have the same feeling how crazy the host is. It's like a blackmail. Few minutes later, she changed the $300 to $150, she said two drips pans are burnt out instead of four, so the total will be $150. I told her I know to buy 4 new drip pans only $10 and so easy to change. She said pay $45 to handyman to change the drip pan and 13% tax and the rest will be deposit. We already checked out the apt, where is the deposit coming from? She didn't mention this at all from the previous email. If I didn't tell her the drip pans cost, she defiantly charge me $150. Moreover, the drip pans are so easy to be changed and the cleaning lady should change them if they were wrong once we leaving. More ridiculous, she said the house manager will check if there is anything wrong after the next guests leaving, are you kidding me? After the next guests leave, anything wrong can be done by the next guests. When we left, the cleaning lady already checked everything, and now you said anything wrong after the next guests leave to my head? Is that a normal logic? The host is trying take advantage from the guests, once you live in the apt you will see many rules like this: the air conditional can't not adjust below 75, otherwise you will be fine $75. If you contact the host besides the working hours, you will be fine $75. To be honest, the apt is okay, but the host is terrible. I have been bothered by the host whole week after I left the apt. I think anyone don't want to be bothered after check out. The airbnb team is starting to deal with this "drip pan" thing.
Yi, I understand you are upset that we asked to deduct a portion of the deposit to cover the cost to replace the badly burnt drip pans. Let me state the facts:
1.The cleaning crew emailed me pictures of the severe burnt drip pans. I emailed you and requested AirBnb to temporary put a $150 deposit on hold until the property manager has a chance to assess the stove.
2.For some unknown reasons, the AirBnb double up the amount to $300. I immediately emailed you and clarified that the deposit hold is for $150 only.
3.Once I have all the facts, I emailed you and explained that we need to replace the two drip pans since they were severely burnt. The safety of our guest is our number 1 priority; thus our policy is to have a professional/experienced handyman perform all electrical and pumping related repairs. For any money I collect related to the rental property, I have to collect the 13% tourist taxes according to the Florida tax law. The 13% I collected will have to be submitted and paid to the Florida tax collection agency.
4.The several emails I sent to you were to explain the situation and try to work the issue directly with you, according to the suggestion from AirBnb. All the emails I sent to you have been professional and courteous, so not sure why you think I harassed you.
5.I have been a host on AirBnb for 16 months. All of our guests had left very positive reviews not only for my property, but also extremely positive reviews about how I interacted with them as a host.
This unfortunate circumstance at least has a positive outcome is that you and your guests did not burn down the condo. We have provided very specific instructions in the guest binder about safety and remind our guests to be sure to turn off the stove to prevent a potential fire hazard. We pride ourselves for being accommodating and provide a safe, clean and comfortable home for our guest so they have a safe, pleasant and memorable stay.
