STUNNING VIEWS! Waterfront!

The house was built in 1910 and has a lot of original features. With that character comes old doors, locks, and some sloping floors. A well stocked kitchen for cooking, a great farmhouse table for gathering. Brand new grill on the deck for this year.

Luxurious beds with high-end linens, towels, and quilts.

This is a great place for the family to hang out and have a great time.

Boaters! The private dock is perfect for you to tie up for your stay. The boat ramp is a mile down the road!! Inquire for details!

Great fishing off the dock! Walk to everything that downtown Swansboro has to offer! Shop, dine, enjoy a concert

Neighborhood highlights

So much to love!! Historic Downtown is very short walk, with great shopping and dining. Don't miss the candy shop!

One of my favorites is Sweet Edventures; the Boro, and the Poor Man's hole. Salt Marsh cottage has quite a few nice finds as well. There's a lot of history in swansboro, and a stroll through the historic section of town in the evening is a "must do". Caspers marina is close by for fuel for the boat, or to watch the traffic.

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach with "waves" is Emerald Isle. Its about a 20 minute drive. You can take a private charter to "bear island" aka Hammocks Beach State Park on the Lady Swan for a minimal fee.

BOAT RAMP: The boat ramp (NC Wildlife ramp) is about a mile from the house, very convenient for launching and retrieving the boat or jet ski

Hey I’m Evan! Love to travel and see the world and thought that being a host would be a great way to meet other folks and see it as well. I got my love to travel from my grandmother, and hosting these homes allows me to pay for her nursing home; sadly she’s not able to travel anymore, but we shared many memories and loved the guests that we stayed with. Happy to be able to host at several locations, and love to stay in the local hot spots when I travel.
