The space
This studio apartment stands out in the area for its high ceilings, cleanliness, and spacious design, offering essential amenities and facilities for your stay.
The studio features an open-plan layout where the bedroom area, living area, dining space, and kitchenette shared a common area, while a large en-suite bathroom and laundry provide distinct separation.
The bedroom area offers a super king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) with a soft mattress. It is equipped with an air-conditioning unit and a portable fan. The wardrobe closet is furnished with hangers and shelves, while an iron and ironing board are available upon request.
There are two-layered curtains: one layer is translucent, ideal for filtering light and creating a pleasant ambiance in the room, while the other layer is opaque, ensuring complete privacy by blocking outside view.
The cozy living area features a comfortable sofa with cushions, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV, while the dining area includes a dining table and two chairs.
Adjacent to the bathroom, the kitchenette is equipped with a double kitchen sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, portable gas stove, rice maker, hot water kettle, dishes and silverware, water glasses, coffee cups, pots, and pans. Feel free to use any items in the kitchenette if you wish to cook; however, please ensure that all dishes and utensils are washed before your departure.
The large, immaculate en-suite bathroom includes a separate shower, toilet, and laundry area. The spacious shower is equipped with high-pressure water, instant water heater and complimentary toiletries. Additionally, the bathroom features a large mirror and a hairdryer. All towels (bath, hair and face towels) are provided and will be changed every few days for guests staying longer or upon request. A washer is located within the en-suite bathroom. Drying rack for clothing and hangers are also provided.
The rooftop is a shared space where guests can enjoy views of Wat Kesararam, surrounding neighborhood and typical Cambodian daily activities.

The new international airport has been officially named "Siem Reap - Angkor International Airport (SAI)" by the Royal Government of Cambodia. It is about 50 kilometres (31 miles) northeast of Siem Reap City and takes about 60 minutes on the car journey. All commercial flights of air passengers and cargo are transferred to the new Siem Reap - Angkor International Airport (SAI) from 16th October 2023 onward.
1.1) Airport shuttle buses are available between Siem Reap - Angkor International Airport (SAI) and Siem Reap City (Urban Area).
From Siem Reap - Angkor International Airport (SAI) to Siem Reap City (Urban Area). Start from Siem Reap - Angkor International Airport (SAI) to CDF Shop (Downtown). The departure times are 9.30 A.M., 10.30 A.M., 12.30 P.M., 3.00 P.M., 4.00 P.M., 6.00 P.M., 8.00 P.M. and 10.00 P.M.
From Siem Reap City (Urban Area) to Siem Reap - Angkor International Airport (SAI). It is a non-stop airport shuttle. Start from CDF Shop (Downtown) to Siem Reap - Angkor International Airport (SAI). The departure times are 5.30 A.M., 7.00 A.M., 8.00 A.M., 11.00 A.M., 12.00 P.M., 1.30 P.M., 4.30 P.M., and 7.00 P.M.

2) CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIMES
Our check-in time is from 2:00 P.M. You can drop off your luggage or suitcase at the apartment if you have an early arrival. You can check in earlier than the check-in time free of charge if we can get the room ready early or if there are no previous guests.
Our latest checkout time is 12:00 P.M. (noontime). You can keep your luggage or suitcase at the apartment and pick it up later if you have a late departure. We accept the same-day guest's booking and their arrival, thus we need to block off a few hours after each reservation to prepare the room for the next guests. If there are no next guests scheduled to check in, you can stay for a few more hours at no charge.
3) POWER OUTAGE
It rarely happens, but it might happen for a short period of time as the Electricity of Cambodia Authority (EDC) would occasionally carry out electrical inspection, maintenance, or power wire relocation. We don't have a backup power generator available at the apartment yet. We know we're hardly perfect. I sincerely apologize beforehand for any inconvenience this may cause, and I appreciate your understanding.
