Wake up to coastal vibes at this cozy studio perfectly positioned at the Wrightsville Beach drawbridge, directly across from the Intracoastal Waterway. Watch boats glide by, feel the salt air, and enjoy one of Wilmington’s most walkable and vibrant locations.
Step outside and you’re just moments from some of the area’s favorite waterfront spots — The Bridge Tender, Fish House, and Dockside are right across the street. Pick up fresh seafood at Mott’s, grab a coffee and breakfast at Drift. Stroll along the nearby Loop, make a stop at Jimmy's for a slushy, or simply relax and take in the ever-changing water views and marina activity. In the summer months, take a dip in the on site pool & soak up the sun.
This studio is ideal for guests who value location, convenience, and character. You’re minutes from Wrightsville Beach, Airlie Gardens, and a short drive to Downtown. It has all the best that coastal Wilmington has to offer.

*There are to be NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit, Please adhere to all noise ordinances.
*Inclement weather is not grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
*Pets are only permitted if given explicit permission upon booking and a pet fee if applicable is paid. Any knowledge of pets without consent or damage caused will result in a charge.
DETAILS ABOUT THE SPACE:
In addition to a kitchenette and two burner stove-top, there is a small table with two chairs to have dinner, drink coffee, or catch up on work. We also have a 6 drawer dresser and a space to hang your clothes.
• Located on the 1st floor with keypad code entry.
• Check in time is after 3pm. Check out time is 10am. This can not be modified as it is reliant on our cleaning staff schedule.
• Linen/Cleaning service provided by a third party.
• Towels and linens are not to be removed from rooms
• Beach & Pool towels are NOT provided
• Daily linen and maid service are NOT provided on the property
• Linens and towels will be placed in rooms prior to arrival
• Paper Towels are NOT provided
• Room will be cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure
• Absolutely No Pets allowed without explicit permission. You will be charged if we learn of pets in the room without notice.
• Absolutely No Smoking in property. You will be charged if we suspect this has occurred.
• There is NO WASHER/DRYER in the unit or on property site.
• There is a large dumpster located at the far right end of the building if you have abundance of trash.
• Pool typically opens Memorial Day weekend May 25th and closes for the season October 1st* There is NO lifeguard on duty.
Supplied Kitchen Essentials:
Pot(6in), Pan(6in), Salt/Pepper, Olive Oil, Utensils (fork,knife,spoon,mug,plate,bowl), corkscrew, bottle opener, spatulas(etc), and cutting board.
