Garage parking is now available for the best price in Prague - 400czk / 20USD / 15 EURO per day. Please let me know if you need a parking space as soon as possible especially during the high season. The garage is 1,5km away at Wenceslas Square.
This is a very special location. The apt is within walking distance from all major attractions. Buy groceries downstairs, do a larger shopping behind the first corner, run in the park or just take 15 minute walk to Old Town Square, National Theatre, National Museum or just take 5 minute walk and shop in the very center of this cultural heritage. Anyways, this place will make your stay memorable!
If you fancy even less walking than that, you can go 3 stops by tram to all mayor tourists attractions. Not sure where to go, what to eat etc? If you don`t want to lose time wondering about these things, let me help you with your travel plans and recommend places that you would hardly ever find in a Lonely Planet guide or any guide. Weather you are coming to Prague as a regular eager to see high lights tourist, or a person curious about local pubs, cultural melting points and places off the known track, I will be happy to help!
Around this place, there are great czech, greek and italian restaurants. Very close to this place is Artemis, one of the best Greek restaurants in Prague. Also, in the vicinity, there is Ceska Beseda, which is a bit more pricy, but they really serve great food.
The apartment has a fully-fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, utensils, etc.), separate toilet, separate closet (wardrobe) and the following amenities:

CAUTION: due to an increase of complains in Prague, I strongly discourage you from using taxies in Prague, unless you negotiate the price in advance. Please be advised that taxi rates within the center should not exceed 9USD.
CAUTION2: in Prague, there are many money exchange companies that rip off tourists. I suggest you either take money from ATM or use XCHANGE in Jindrisska street, Prague 1 (very close to Wenceslas Square).

We did not have the chance to meet Sarah in person but had a good exchange by mail. The person we met explained us a few things about the appartment, transportation, car park possibilities and about Prague. She gave us a map plus touristic information which we appreciated. The appartment was nice, clean and quiet (you can hear the tram but you soon forget about it). Just one negative point: no possibility to hide the daylight in the morning (no curtain or blind). Tram station is near the place and several lines can drive you to Prague main touristic areas. You can also go by foot if you like walking (15 min along the river).
We had a very pleasant stay in Sarah's apartment. She was very attentive and we can definitely recommend her as a host. Thanks very much!
Appartamento, spazioso, luminoso e fornitissimo, davvero confortevole! La fermata di diverse linee di tram e due supermercati vicinissimi sono poi un valore aggiunto!
Sarah was very nice! The loft was really comfortable and warm, we didn't have any problem. It is very well located, we could walk to the old town, there is a tesco nearby and a good italian restaurant. Her friend (who gave us the keys) was very helpful, and recomended us a taxi line, and told us what we should see in prag. We had the best time! Thank you Sarah!
Sarah was an excellent host. She was very accommodating and patient! My boyfriend, who arrived a day before me, was the one who checked in with Sarah. Apparently he got a little lost and was a few hours late! He said she was really nice about it and was very hepful with ideas of where to go and what to see. The apartment was perfect for us and had everything we needed. It's in a quiet neighborhood with the grocery store right down the street. It's also walking distance to everything. If you don't like to walk, the tram stop is right there. Sarah also arranged for our pickup/drop off for the airport. So convenient. Thank you Sarah for making our first trip to Prague worry and hassle free!
I didn't get to meet Sarah herself as her assistant helped us with the introductions, but he was still super helpful. We got to Prague after a 7 hour flight delay, and I emailed Sarah beforehand notifying her that we'd be arriving much later than we expected (around 8/9PM). Everything still worked out perfectly! This space is a reasonably priced cab ride from the airport (or you can use Sarah's driver, I believe) and in a decent location. Short tram ride (station right across the street) to Old Town Square or, if you prefer, a nice walk along the Vltava. It's also close to what my friends and I have decided is our favorite restaurant in Prague (U Kroka) The space itself is very clean and very spacious. Very highly recommended!
We had a good time in this Loft, there is all you need in a good location. Sarah was really helpful and a great host.

I am a young interior designer enjoying traveling all around the world. Meanwhile, I am happy to host travelers at my second apt. which provides a perfect starting point to explore the city. My goal is to show people all around the world the internal culture of Prague. If you are given the chance to skip all the `for tourists` things, you can start your real trip straightaway without any unnecessary delays. Travel like a local and after hours, rest in an awe inspiring place.
