Neighborhood highlights

The home is located in an up-and-coming neighborhood of South Dallas. Many homes are being updated and built all the time. Even though some may consider the neighborhood "unsafe", our guests have not had any issues with their safety. The neighbor next door is a sweet elderly woman. The City of Dallas follows a strict Brush & Bulky Trash Collection schedule. Our neighborhood is scheduled for pick up between the 17 to 20th of each month. The neighbors are allowed to throw away brush and bulky items like furniture as early as Thursday before pick up. Please excuse the mess but it is out of our control what neighbors might throw away during those days.
