This was a wonderful 1st time Airbnb experience. The hosts were wonderful, provided excellent information for things to do around the surrounding areas. The RV bed and breakfast was clean, warm and welcoming! I would give this little gem a 4 out of 5 stars rating and recommend more families stay there. I felt safe and woke up to beautiful scenery each day. I am grateful and felt it was a privilege to have stayed there.
We had a nice host clean bath nice neighborhood .Only problem was we had coffee and croissant first morning and nothing the second morning. The listing listed breakfast. Enjoyed conversation with host
Such a nice stay at Terry and Larry's place! Our accommodations were a mobile home in their driveway - very clean, comfortable and so nice to have our own little kitchen area as we love to cook. They provided us with a nice continental breakfast and coffee and kept their door open so we could come in and out to use their shower. They were very friendly and kind and full of great suggestions for Prescott and the surrounding areas. Overall a great stay!
Chalk up another unique place to stay!
Prescott has such great weather- it was nice to be in a quiet neighborhood and leave the windows open at night. My husband and I also enjoyed playing cards at the table over a glass of wine.
The size was great for us. Thanks to Terry for having milk in the fridge and coffee for the morning.
Very friendly hosts!
Terry and Larry are both super nice and welcoming! Their house and the indoor bathroom are lovely and spacious and the trailer, while compact, is a well-planned space with good ventilation--huge for me, as we were dodging Phoenix summer heat and all day/all night air conditioning. It was so nice to breathe fresh breezes! The light is great, including two skylights and views out some windows. Everything worked fine and nothing was ever hassle, which is very relaxing.
The bed is larger than it looked in the photo, comfortable for two nights-- I wore pjs, but added sox as the sheets are a bit nubby--though they match the decor, which is totally coordinated and serene, throughout. The pillows were comfy, a relief because I left mine at home by accident.
There's a w/c in the trailer (and a lavatory by the bedroom, apart from the kitchen) for light usage and a full bath in the house. The kitchen, in which we only made coffee, has an oven, 3 burner stove, sink, refrigerator and freezer. The fridge is a little small if you think you are going to stock yourself up with groceries, but we did not. (maybe a micro? I didn't notice).
There isn't really outdoor space, but Sunday morning we were invited to use the house when they were out and I enjoyed a spacious spot on the wall to wall carpet, in front of a sliding door (to the shaded deck) for some yoga stretches. We could have had our coffee out on the deck, too.
The neighborhood is not a country environment, but it's pleasant and there are walks one can do right out the door--including up a small hill to a viewpoint, just above the development. And there is a very blue lake nearby! We enjoyed the Dells, which are Right down the road-- Really pretty area. We drove to and from Prescott for town fun and a fair--a quick and efficient drive, just a few minutes, really.
I should mention, there is air conditioning in the trailer and we did put it on for an hour or two at midday (when it was 88 outside!) and it was perfect.
All in all, a unique, efficient and fun stay!
It was really a great experience to stay in a RV!! Terry is very nice. I like that the check-in and check-out time are flexible. Although we just stay for two nights, it is really great to stay there!!
