The "Atmospheric accommodation in Eindhoven center" is exactly what it advertises. I couldn't describe it better. To begin with, the house is really next to the city centre in a really nice and quiet neighbourhood. I took the bus 401 from the airport to piazza and walked to the residence. The building is old, however is atmospheric, feels warm, friendly and familiar. My room was on the 1st floor which is quiet private. Double size bed with fresh washed linen. The bathroom is also on the top floor and because no other guests were at the same time with me, it felt like private. The kitchen downstairs is not that spacious but certainly is functional. In fact I cooked twice for me, Nicoline and friends. We had coffees and diners in the garden which was really nice and relaxing. Being in the garden was felling like being in the countryside and not in a city centre.
Nicoline is really a pleasant person felt trustworthy from the 1st sight. She was making me the breakfast every single day. We had a lot talks on various topics. As an expat looking for an apartment to rent Nicoline really helped me . As she is a local, she informed me about the neighbourhoods the markets. In addition she helped with the agencies, she even made me a list of websites of local agencies. She could tell if a rent was overpriced or not or if the apartment worth it. In the end Nicoline proof-red my household contract since it was in dutch and helped my move out from hers house to my new one.
I really thanks Nicoline for everything!
Cosy rooms in the city centre.
Nicoline really polite and helpful
Totally worth it.
Nicoline was exceptional. So helpful and welcoming in her home. Couldn't have asked for a better host during the 3 nights I spent in Eindhoven with a couple of friends. She provided all the necessary information for travel and living in the city.
We walked to Nicloine house, which is less than 10 minutes from the busstop from the airport and were immediately greeted very warmly, the atmosphere of the house is very forthcoming and relaxing. The room was everything we could've wanted, very comfortable bed and plenty of room. Nicoline makes a really really good breakfast and every need attended to at all times, we felt very welcome in her house and will definately be back, highly recommended.
Nicoline was an absolutely lovely hostess, welcoming and friendly. She made my daughter, who stayed with her almost 6 weeks, feel like she was at home. The house is great, so much nicer than impersonal hotels. It is well located in a quiet neighbourhood, a few minutes walk from a fun street with restaurants and cafés. Other guests come and go, giving the place a great feeling of friendliness. I strongly recommend staying there to anyone visiting Eindhoven
