Western luxury with a little more privacy. Our bunkhouse has 2 private entrances into this cozy 2 room suite. Enjoy the comfort of a full-size bed and twin bunkbeds. Also a comfy couch, TV, Microwave, small kitchen sink, and Keurig. You have a large private bathroom attached with additional entry. Use the kitchen in the main house to cook meals and enjoy outdoor common areas. Fall in love with breathtaking views and wildlife on the ranch or enjoy the Sequoia National Park (30 min. away)

The space
The bunkhouse has a very limited availability because our performance team stays here between shows and rodeos, so this is much like their second home. Please respect that they may have personal items left behind while they travel and perform across the country. We are a fully operational ranch with horses, cows, chickens, dogs and cats. Most of the cats on the ranch are feral
and will run away from you. Please do not try to handle these cats. Also there is a live electric fence that borders our pastures, you should not touch these wires as you will get quite the jolt! It will not kill you, but you will only do it once! Our dogs are very friendly and will most likely be the first to greet you on arrival. You can also book a trail ride or riding lesson with Jennifer or one of our staff. It is quite the memorable experience with wonderful views and friendly staff. Please ask before feeding any animals.

During your stay
I have a performance team, Riata Ranch Cowboy Girls, that keeps me on the road during the rodeo season. Since Covid-19 has hit I have been home more often since many of our Specialty Act contracts have cancelled. If, by chance, I am not home I will have staff staying and taking care of the daily chores, lessons, trail rides, so on and so forth.

We have numerous areas to sit around the ranch and enjoy the natural beauty of Three Rivers. We are approximately 30 minutes away from Sequoia National Park and Mineral King Park as well as less than 20 minutes away from Lake Kaweah where you can rent house boats, do some fishing, picnic and relax in the water.

Riata Ranch gateway to Sequoia National Park. Nestled in the historic Kaweah Colony Valley along the North Fork River is part of the original settlement of Three Rivers in late 1800's. A traditional AirBnB with two rooms in the main ranch house with private bathrooms; one upstairs and one downstairs a shared kitchen and common areas. We offer horseback riding and lessons which can be booked via our website prior to your visit.
