About this listing
This guest house was built for our friends and family. It is nestled in the jungle on our working horse farm. The gardens are amazing ( Andre' is a professional Landscaper). From the deck you can see monkeys, iguanas, and many tropical birds. Feel free to pick your own Mangoes, Limes and oranges from our orchard.
Our 750 square foot Cabina was built for friends and family... We have an orthopedic pillow top mattress, large dorm style fridge, coffee maker, AC, ceiling fans, hot water, and beautiful furnishings. Outside we have a porch with hammock and large wooden deck with picnic table. On the deck we also have an outdoor kitchen which includes a Weber gas grill, electric griddle, all the kitchen ware you need and a sink.
The house is located on our Equestrian facility- so you have a view of paddocks filled with horses, our riding ring and a swimming pool.
We are smack in the middle between Playa Negra and Playa Junquiallal. We have some of the best surfing beaches in the world. We also have great swimming, snorkeling and SUP beaches as well. There are plenty of things to do and see. In your own back yard you will be able to view wildlife such as Howler monkeys, iguanas and 100's of varieties of tropical birds. Near by you can go on tours of estuaries and rivers where you can hand feed the monkeys and see crocodiles up close and in their natural habitat!!! Other activities include zip lining, mountain biking, yoga, tennis, beach volleyball and ATV tours. Our area is also the home of several great restaurants- including world class French and Peruvian cuisine - cool beach bars with awesome typical dishes and beautiful sunsets.
We speak English, Spanish, and German and we will be more than happy to help you with arranging transportation, booking tours, and assisting you to make sure you have a fantastic time here!

My husband and I moved to Costa Rica 10 years ago from New Orleans. We purchased a small finca and little by little have built our dream. I am a horse trainer and I run a small equestrian center on the property- we have a total of 12 horses. Andre, my husband, is a landscaper. He is originally from Switzerland but studied triopical horticulture and we have him to thank for the beautiful gardens on the property. We also have 3 dogs and 3 cats- you could say our place is an animal lover paradise. We are outdoor people who love our animals and nature- I am usually riding horses and Andre is in the garden working- if we are not there you can find us surfing or playing tennis and volleyball or doing yoga.
