This is a 1935 cozy small home located in the historic uptown neighborhood.
Hardwoods throughout with large closets.
Desk available in master bedroom.
Extra vanity with mirror located in master closet for getting ready.
Sectional sofa with queen pullout bed in living room.
Small fire pit sitting area in back yard.
Front porch swing with table for sipping coffee in the morning or an afternoon cocktail.
TV for viewing in LR that turns to watch in dining area.

The space
The house is on a steep hill. This hill is steep...I have put this in my description but people are still surprised. Being on a steep hill in a neighborhood allows for the view AND doesn’t put neighbors windows next to your window. Located in the heart of historic Uptown Hot Springs neighborhood. Very cozy home built in 1935. Just a 2 minute drive to bath house row shopping and dining.
Our house is located on a VERY steep hill. There is covered parking available for two small cars back to back but anything more will have to parallel on the grass on side of street.
Both TV’s have YouTube live TV with many channels including ESPN, etc.
Mountain Bikers are more than welcomed! Space available in the house for storage of bikes.
Coffee shop within walking distance.
WIFI in house.
Other things to note
-Neighbors have dogs.
-Historic neighborhood.
-Steep drive up to house.
-Fenced backyard.
-No Parties

The Red Light Roastery is about 2 houses away. Sip on coffee or tea in this historical house on the corner.
Drive down to bath house row. There is plenty to do just on this strip. Restaurants and shopping along with spa treatments at any of the bath houses. There will be a book located in the house with many menus from some of my favorite restaurants.
Northwoods mountain bike trails and Cedar glades are right up the road!
Jump in your car, a taxi, or Uber over to Oaklawn for live racing and gaming.
Take a stroll through Garvin Woodland Gardens or through the Mid-America Science Museum.
Magic Springs is 5 minutes down the road.
You will drive through Hot Springs National Park to get there!
