We had a very nice stay in Clearwater at the 1926 Bungalow.
We loved the location and felt very comfortable in the house. Everything was very easy and went very smoothly. Whenever I had a question, I always got a quick response. We really enjoyed the personal style of house and it's proximity to the Pinellas Trail. I would recommend this house to anyone that wants to visit the Tampa Bay area. The hosts made everything really easy and convenient. Thank you for a wonderful visit.
Joel & Kelly were very prompt in their communications and the property was just as described. It is a really quaint little bungalow although I would characterize it as "roomy" for such a small place. It has a lot of character and was perfectly located for us to explore the beaches and museums within an hour or two up and down the gulf coast. Great place and worth it!
Oh my goodness, what a sweet place. We were there very biefly, only 3 nights, but we were very comfortable. The weather was unseasonably cold, so we did not do any beach time, but we did walk in the nearby park around a lovely lake. The shower was an experience, a "European shower" a new experience, but we did get cldean, so all is well. Do not hesitate to stay here, you will love it!
Staying at Kelly and Joel's Bungalow was great! We had a late check-in but Kelly made sure to provide us with instructions that made the process quick and easy. The bungalow was the perfect size for the both of us and it had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Close to the beach and restaurants. We highly recommend the bungalow for anyone visiting the Clearwater area
We met Kelly on arrival. The house was just as advertised. The location is excellent to downtown, bike path, and beaches. We needed and cutting board and Kelly provided one right away. The “guest book” was extremely helpful in touring Clearwater and surrounding communities. There is a great park with a lake and two mile trail three blocks from the house. We brought our bikes and the bike trails are awesome! Tourist beaches are a 15 minute drive, more private are just as close. Great stay.
Thank you very much, we had a wonderful time at Joel and Kellys place. Nice little house. We meet Kelly who gave us good idears for exploring fx going to Honeymoon Island what we loved.
