The space
A modern apartment equipped with a separate entrance and opening by means of a combination lock, where you can have an unforgettable stay. You have a kitchen with a stove, microwave oven, cappuccino machine, coffee maker, toaster, reverse osmosis drinking water filter, refrigerator (and you can use it to cook everything you find available from food to utensils), enough dishes to cook (they are not allowed in the pool area), you have Amazon echo with Alexa, connected to the apartment's internet in the kitchen bar, you can ask it for music in English, etc.
In the room you will have a living room and dining room with beautiful decoration, you also have a laundry center.
Master bedroom with a king-size bed and desk, a Jacuzzi, an ironing board and iron, and an extra quilt if needed.

2 Modern full bathrooms with rain shower.
In the living room, there is a TV that you can project content from your phone or computer onto the screen.
You have 1 Air Purifier which in Mexico City is invaluable.
You also have double-glazed, hermetic, anti-noise windows, which also have a thermal function, which apart from their main function, do not allow excess cold or heat to pass through.
The apartment has an event room in the Roof Garden, so there may be noise and with this type of windows it should not be heard loudly, and the building's rule is that the power in the room is turned off at midnight.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, however you can smoke in the common areas.
We ask you not to enter the bedroom or living room with drinks or food.
Of course, you can't miss the experience in the Roof Garden, the 24-hour heated pool, very good atmosphere, snack bar service from 10 am to 6 pm, which has a Chef, where you can enjoy breakfasts, meals, drinks, delicious sunbeds with a panoramic view of the City (I ask you to use only plastic in this area, it is not allowed to bring glass plates, glasses, bottles, etc.), the pool area has an outdoor shower at the bottom of the pool at the bottom.
On Mondays the pool is closed for maintenance and the snack bar does not open. The only exception is if it is open on Monday, it is a holiday, but you can always go up to ask, so you can take it into account in your activities.
If for any reason it is too early or too late and the pool is closed, you only need to ask the guard on duty to open it.
The building has a 24-hour gym in the Roof Garden area. Just ask the guard on duty to give you access. He will have your information and will allow you to enter.
Parking space inside the building. I recommend that you use the included valet parking, which provides 24-hour service, to park your car, as the parking space is shared with other apartments and it will be more convenient for you.

The pool is available from Tuesday to Sunday. The maintenance day is Monday, and it is the only day you will not find it available.
The only exception to being open on Monday is if it is a holiday in Mexico.

Only 4 people per apartment can be in the pool area, otherwise the building can fine the person who has more guests than the number allowed.
The only exception is if you are with small children, but talk to me before making your reservation, to check the age of the children and availability according to the rules.

It is undoubtedly the best building in Colonia Condesa, right in front of Parque España and with Parque México behind it, 2 of the most famous parks in the entire city for their diversity of attractions and activities for any age
The building is also surrounded by bars and restaurants of countless styles, all of which you can walk to. I recommend reviewing the guide I provide, where I recommend my favorite places. You'll see that you'll need to return to continue getting to know them
And if you like nightlife, this location is one of the most attractive because it has the most popular places to enjoy the night, bars, breweries, pubs, etc.
