North Bend Downtown Cottage is located in downtown North Bend. There is a great view of Mount Si from the deck, yard, and kitchen window. Downtown is a short few blocks walk. Out back is a brand new deck with private hot tub and outdoor dining under a lighted tent. The cottage has been totally updated to present a modern getaway in a classic Pacific Northwest setting. Close to Snoqualmie Casino. Easy access to all that North Bend has to offer: hiking, biking, Snoqualmie Valley Railway, Snoqu

The space
One story cottage with a front and side yard. Inside is a completely new modern kitchen with gas range and dining and living area. There are two bedrooms and a full bath. The master has a king and the second bedroom has a queen and there is a pull out couch in the living room as well as three floor/air mattresses. Private deck in back with spa is right out the back door. The washer and dryer are just at the bottom of the stairs to the basement (which is not part of the rental except the laundry area).

Guest access
There are two units at 304 East Park St. North Bend Downtown Cottage (this unit) is the main house on the corner of Park and Ballarat Streets. North Bend Downtown Suite is the mother in law unit on the right with a separate entrance through the white picket fence 304 B. This is a separate suite which is NOT the one you rented.

Park in the driveway by the garage on Ballarat St. which is off to the right just past the Suite or in the private parking along the fence on Ballarat Street next to the cottage (shared with the Suite guests).

We will have you do a self check-in with a door code so you can come and go as you please.
