- No illicit drugs of any kind are allowed anywhere on the premises
- No illegal activities permitted anywhere on our property
- The use of cannabis (in all forms) is prohibited at the property. Immediate eviction will be imposed

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- NOTE: The property may not be suitable for children due to the steep stairs that are required for access, the exposed metal bar in the shower, and the furniture in the property
