Enjoy your own apartment that's within walking distance to the restaurant district in downtown Alton! This cozy one bedroom apartment is located inside the historic Häagen Haus, built in 1870. With a private entrance and keypad entry, you can come and go as you please.

The space
The spacious bedroom has a king bed, seating area, and a beautiful view of State Street. The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen and bath. There is also a smart tv with access to Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, etc…You can use your streaming services login.

Guest access
Private access through side door of the home. Guests go through a hallway disconnected from the home to enter their private apartment. Please note that there is a staircase up to the second floor.
