Beautiful single room in San Telmo neighborhood, with single bed
My name is Lucas, I live in San Telmo (Dorrego Square). A few blocks from downtown Buenos Aires. Rent rooms for foreigners and travelers.
My house is a PH, nice sausage house type with outer hallway.
High ceilings and lots of light. The house is very quiet.
There are two rooms for rent.
The large room with double bed is 9m2 12m2 and another single bed
Both have wardrobe, table, chairs and windows to the outside (patio) We wifi broadband. And on Saturdays I machine wash the clothes of each of the guests. The installations have just been made again: electricity, gas, and hot water. The common areas (kitchen, bathroom) were also made again. We have noisy neighbors. I am a teacher and I work in the textile and fashion enough job. I am very careful when it comes to respect the space and privacy of each. The neighborhood is safe, is one of the oldest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. I live on the street defense. It is the main street of San Telmo, populated by antique shops. A few block from the Plaza de Mayo, the July 9, and Puerto Madero.
This close to the UCA (Universidad Católica Argentina) and faculty d'inggnieria of UBA, bus lines on Paseo Colón, métro Independence (4 blocks).
Lucas is an excellent host and the rooms he has available seem to always be occupied by interesting people that make the whole experience very enjoyable. Living there for 3 weeks was like moving in with extended family. The apartment is in an excellent location very close to an enormous street fair that occurs every Sunday. It is also near the subway station, markets and a tremendous number of great restaurants. Despite the apartment's proximity to street activities, it remained quiet for sleeping. Thanks for a great time Lucas!
Lucas is friendly and fun and an excellent baker. He made bread a couple of times as well as a very tasty pizza. I enjoyed my stay in his home. The home is on a great street in San Telmo and very close to so many things.
