This house is in an upscale and quiet neighborhood. Once you enter this beautiful tropical villa style home, you will immediately be transported to paradise and forget that you are in the desert. The rooms are comfortable, the house is spacious, and the back yard is amazing, with swimming pool, putting greens, and plenty of lawn furniture to hang out. There's a game room with a pool table and ping pong. The large kitchen is fully stocked. I promise you will not want to leave this place.
The space
Please note: If you are looking to throw a party and have loud music, please look elsewhere. This is a quiet neighborhood.
This house is designed to make you feel like you're in a tropical resort villa in Southeast Asia, decorated with a theme of Tropical Elegance, with a touch of Asian and French Colonial influence.
The front yard is inviting, full of fruit trees, and a gorgeous view of the mountains. You can sit in the cocoon swing chairs or at a table and enjoy your breakfast or coffee while taking in the gorgeous views of the mountains.
Once inside, you will lounge in a huge cloud sofa and watch Free Netflix, Hulu, Disney, or ESPN on an 80" TV, or sit and have a refreshment at a cozy corner by the fireplace. The house is listed as FOUR bedrooms, but the fourth room is really an office space that doesn't have a door. It does have a partition that can give some privacy. According to the City Ordinance, we are only allowed to have 8 guests, two per bedroom. Also vehicles are limited to only two. Guests are not allowed to park on the street at night. However, if you have more that two cars, you can park on the next street over.
The kitchen has everything you could ever need, from coffee and tea, to all the cooking utensils and pots and pans you would need to cook a full meal for your group. There's a laundry room where you can do your laundry free of charge.
The back yard has a gorgeous pool with jacuzzi, a Tropical Bar style BBQ you can grill some food or enjoy a cocktail, plenty of lounge chairs and lawn games including a putting green. There's a wood burn fireplace outdoor as well. The pool can be heated for $100 per day, but you would have to let me know at least one day prior to your arrival because it does take a while to heat. The Jacuzzi can be heated with no charge.
The bedrooms are equipped with flat screen Televisions, charging stations for all your devices, and Alexa is installed in every room and thermostats. There's a game room with a pool table, Foosball and ping pong, as well as plenty of board games. The TV's all have free Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, and ESPN all set up and ready for your enjoyment.
This home is our vacation home, and we would like so share it with you so you too can feel like it's your tropical vacation home in the desert. I am sure that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. IF YOU PLAN ON RENTING TO THROW A PARTY OR IF YOUR GROUP LIKE TO HAVE LOUD MUSIC AFTER 10PM, THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU. THE NEIGHBORS ARE QUICK TO COMPLAIN AND YOU WILL BE FINED BY THE CITY, AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINES IMPOSED ON THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY. ALSO THERE IS A STRICT ZERO NOISE POLICY OUTSIDE THE HOUSE, FRONT OR BACK YARD AFTER 10PM THAT WILL BE PATROLLED AND ENFORCED.
Please note that even though this place is listed as a four bedroom, the fourth room has a screen divider instead of a door, so there's not 100% privacy for that room, but it is enclosed enough to provide some privacy.
LIABILITY WAIVER: This place has a swimming pool with no gates or fencing, so it's not suitable for very young children. If you do have young children, you must let me know and sign a waiver acknowledging that you are assuming all responsibilities for yourself and for them and make sure that they are supervised at all times. The owners of this house are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premise or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest(s) while on the premises. BY ACCEPTING THIS RESERVATION, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house. There will be a charge for ozone cleaning if the house smells like smoke.
House Maintenance Schedule:
There is a pool person and a gardener who comes on a weekly basis. I will give you their schedule in the welcome message.
We care about being outstanding members of the communities we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. THERE IS A STRICT POLICY OF NO OUTSIDE NOISE WHATSOEVER IN THE FRONT OR BACK OF THE HOUSE AFTER 10 PM. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests, and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the city may result in a fine and forfeiture of security deposit. THE CITY WILL HAVE SOMEONE PATROL EVERY STREET AFTER 10 PM AND IMPOSE FINES OF MINIMUM $1000 TO YOU, THE RENTER IF THEY CAN HEAR ANY NOISE FROM PEOPLE HANGING OUTSIDE THE HOUSE, EVEN IN THE BACK YARD.
The city is also strict on parking so please do not bring more than two vehicles. If you must have more than two, please message me and I can help work out a solution.
We have three cameras on our property in the front of the house but they are for your security and they are all outside.
Check in is after 3pm and check out is before 11 am. Early check in is only allowed if there's no reservations before you. No late check outs are allowed because we have to have the house cleaned for the next guests and the maids are on a schedule.
